AMROC Baustoffe GmbH was founded on 1 December 1997. With a production area of 16, 000 m², AMROC manufactures top-quality monolithic wood cement particle boards “Made in Germany”. A strict quality assurance system and continuous external monitoring ensure constantly high product quality. AMROC wood cement particle boards are versatile building panels with a smooth, hard surface that meet fire protection, sound insulation and moisture protection requirements. They consist of coniferous wood chips and Portland cement, supplemented with mineralisation materials and water. The materials are mixed, sprinkled and compressed in a special process. After maturing and air conditioning processes, the panels are cut to meet customer requirements. The panels are free of formaldehyde and contain no pollutants. They are resistant to rodents, fungal infestation and termites and can be processed using carbide-tipped tools. They are used in a wide range of sectors: new construction, refurbishment of old buildings, industrial, commercial and agricultural construction, room cells and pre-fabricated housing. They are weather- and frost-resistant, rot-proof and resistant to animal faeces. The Thermushaus interior insulation ("THI") is a homogeneous, comprehensive insulation system with vacuum panels for new and existing buildings. The THI consists of an insulating panel, which is composed of compressed, fumed silica and a corresponding sleeve, whose interior is vacuum constructed. The panels are attached directly to the subwall inside a house or a building in a special bonding process.The ® THERMUSHAUS-System is part of the thermal conductivity 004-008 W/mK and is up to ten times better than conventional insulation.
