For more than 25 years, we have been manufacturing different types of aerators with various diaphragm materials for waste water purification and drinking water treatment in Germany. With our dedicated and experienced team, we advise customers all over the world in matters relating to material selection, arrangement of the aerators in treatment tanks and operation for their specific waste water situation. In collaboration with a university, we also offer flow simulations for optimising the arrangement of the aerators and for preventing short circuit currents. Our products are sophisticated, efficient and durable. We retain tried-and-tested products and processes while continually extensively developing new ones at the same time with our partners, and we adapt our products to new requirements for environmental protection and cost-effectiveness.

  4. BURRE HYDRAULIK GMBH

    Germany

Founded in 1964 by Karl-Heinz Burre (Dipl.-Ing.), Burre Hydraulik began operations in 1965. The original idea of an engineering office was quickly rejected and its own small manufacturing facilities began. The first developments comprised control valves for hydraulic excavators, explosion-protected solenoid valves and diaphragm valves. In 1972, the company moved into the newly constructed production hall on the site on which Burre Hydraulik's headquarters still stand today. A 540 m² production area allowed more space for putting the founder's innovative ideas into practice. Burre Hydraulik thus designed and produced items including explosion-proof solenoid valves for the refuelling systems of diesel locomotives belonging to Deutsche Bahn. But Karl-Heinz Burre realised quickly that the future lay in hydraulic control systems and equipment, and he orientated the company accordingly. He accepted the challenge here and often entered uncharted technical territory. He therefore had a significant influence on the automation of machinery for the textile industry. But he was also successful in other technical areas. For example, he developed an automatic scuttle for seagoing vessels. The production area also grew consistently in line with this development, and is now over 5000 m².

  1. WALTHER TROWAL GMBH&CO.KG

    Germany

Since 1931 Walther Trowal has been developing and producing systems for the refinement of surfaces. Initially focusing exclusively on mass finishing – the term “Trowalizing” originated from the company’s cable address “Trommel Walther” – Walther Trowal has continuously expanded its product portfolio. Over time the company has developed a broad range of machinery and systems for mass finishing, shot blasting and coating of mass produced small components. With the invention of new systems like, for example, drag finishing and the development of special finishing methods for 3D printed components, the company has proven its innovative capabilities again and again. Trowal develops and implements complete surface treatment solutions that can be seamlessly integrated into linked production systems existing at the customers. This includes the entire process technology, perfectly adapted to the specific surface finishing requirements of the work pieces: Equipment and the respective consumables always complement each other in a perfect manner. Each individual work piece and each manufacturing process must meet special technical requirements. That is why the experienced process engineers in our test lab, in close cooperation with the customers, develop the optimal process technology for the finishing task at hand. The result: Work piece surfaces that meet exactly the required specification with short processing times and a high degree of consistent, repeatable results.
