Waste water purification - Import export

We made a reactor for our client (offshore industry). The construction was made of stainless steel. The reactor uses technology based on ballast water. The reactor purifies of water from algae or bacteria by pressure reduction.

We offer process solutions for all types of fruit and for all stages of production: from the delivery of fresh fruit, through extraction or pressing to the final packaging of the juice aseptically or by hot filling. Alternatively, we build plant for the preparation of quality juice, starting from pureés and concentrates in aseptic drums, while respecting the organoleptic properties of the fruit. In both cases, our technologies ensure that a homogeneous and natural liquid is obtained thanks to a perfect combination of the blended products. All Ing.A.Rossi production plant is highly automated, and can be operated from a control room, in order to minimise operator error and guarantee repeatability and precision in the process. Production lines can also be integrated with waste water purification plants, and can cater for both small and large-scale production: we don’t have any volume limits. With the purpose of protection of our natural environment and ground water, a new legislation has been introduced years ago, which manages the field of municipal waste water disposal. Owners of buildings, which don't have waste water pipes connected to a common purification device, must ensure the purification of waste waters with a wastewater treatment system. The most economical and environmentally friendly option is a biological wastewater treatment system. It is distinguished by a very high purification level (from 91% to 95%), so the law allows for purified water to return to the natural environment. We produce containers for multiple Slovenian and foreign companies.

A clear matter: disposing of process water in an operationally safe manner After vibratory finishing, the process water contains solids and pollutants such as metals, oils and greases. To prevent these from entering the sewage system during disposal, you can clean your process water - even acidic or alkaline water - in our flocculation plants. You can then discharge the clear water into the sewage system in accordance with legal regulations. DO/GA flocculation units The PLC-controlled DO and GA flocculation plants are fully automatic solutions that purify up to 2,000 litres of process water per hour. If your daily water volume to be treated exceeds 3,000 litres, these plants are the right choice for purifying your process water. RT flocculation unit The easy-to-operate and inexpensive RT unit is suitable for you if you want to purify a daily water volume of up to 3,000 litres.
