Our presses also exceed the Canadian and European safety requirements since they correspond to the national Brazilian machinery safety directive NR 12. Predominantly hydraulic components from European manufacturers are integrated in the hydraulics system. Our main strength is specialised mechanical engineering and press automation. We sell custom hydraulic presses at surprisingly good prices in accordance with your specifications in various designs, e.g. spotting presses, double-column presses, open-front presses (C-frame presses), column presses. A number of our presses are already in use in Germany and the rest of Europe to the satisfaction of our customers. Besche KG was founded in 1981. Rubber moulded parts were produced according to customer requirements on five presses. Production increasingly gave way to trade. In 2004, the company moved into the new buildings on Werksstraße, a street in the German town of Hattingen. Since then, BESCHE GmbH has offered wholesale technical moulded rubber parts, which are offered as standard articles and kept in stock. Upon customer request, the components are produced according to customer specifications by our partners in neighbouring European countries and assembled from various components according to customer specifications. In addition, Besche GmbH has been cooperating with a partner company from Sri Lanka since 2014, which manufactures rubber mats and castors locally, which are distributed via our wholesale trade. BESCHE GmbH works customer-oriented, flexibly and economically. We place particular importance on high-quality products. We also manufacture small and very small series.

We have been processing plastic films and sheets for more than 45 years. One of our areas of focus is the production of packaging, which we manufacture in the broadest sense through forming processes via the deep-drawing method. We process material thicknesses of 0.2–12 mm on high-performance automatic rolling and sheet preparation machines. The maximum forming area is currently 1500 x 2400 mm. The vacuum forming technology is supplemented by post-processing techniques, such as pressing, milling, bending, gluing, welding, sealing, joining through to contract packaging. From the first design to CAD design, prototyping, moulding and through to the final packaged product, we also implement our customers' unusual requests. The trading company supplements this range of services with its own range of plastic injection moulding packaging and plastic pouches. We are also happy to provide custom solutions made from cardboard products, paper, sheet metal, non-woven fabric, nylon or wood.
