Thanks to more than 60 years of concentrated further development of our core business, our company now specialises in producing grids and meshes of all kinds for our customers. We provide products both for retail and directly for end customers. Our company was founded in 1945 as a metalworking company with subdivisions for fencing and door construction. Even in its early years, the company incorporated a small mechanical engineering department, in order to design wire processing machines for in-house use. In the 1970s, wire weaving developed into an equally important source of income for the company. In 1978, the first fully automatic production facility for corrugated grids and stamping grids was built, the company relocated to Erkrath and new markets were opened up thanks to the company concentrating on manufacturing wire meshes. In 1995, the product range was expanded to include spot-welded grids and profile edgings. Manufacturing is now carried out on four fully automated production lines.

The aim of our developments is to relieve the operator of as much work as possible and to give him freedom. The robust design and the constantly self-diagnosing system guarantee high availability and process reliability. Product changes or even the programming of new packing schemes are immediately entered by the operating personnel themselves in a menu-guided manner. In order to achieve an efficient design of the robotic cell, pallet conveyor technology manufactured by us is used to be able to continue palletizing without interrupting the production process. Operator intervention in the robotic cell for pallet exchange is no longer necessary.

Our tile profiles are hand-made and come with different surface finishes. Our core business is machining corner protection profiles and profiles for tiling. At the centre of our machining processes are cross-grinding, brushed versions as surface patterns and mirror finishes. The design varies according to customer specifications. Finish grinding the surfaces of stainless-steel profile creates a high-quality transition between different types of flooring. That makes it possible to create decorative transitions between different types of flooring, for example between parquet and tiles, or skirting boards. The ProDiva profile is not just suited to decorative applications, however, it is also used for edge protection. Corner ends with matching machining patterns complete the set. The V4A stainless-steel composition offers customers high-quality transitions between different types of flooring as well as wall linings.
