The EZM Edelstahlzieherei Mark manufactures cold-formed drawn, ground, polished bright steel, standard profiles, and custom profiles according to specifications in nearly all steel materials. The high-quality products are primarily used in plant and mechanical engineering, in the automotive sector, and in energy and medical technology. At the Werdohl plant of EZM Edelstahlzieherei Mark, drum dyeing machines and spring manufacturing machines of the brand Proll & Lohmann (P&L), as well as systems for thermal and chemical surface treatment of the brand BAK, are produced. The maintenance and repair of these machines and systems complete the company's production program. EZM Metallbearbeitung und Service GmbH builds, among other things, spindle bearings, straightening machines for round and profile materials with driven straightening rollers, as well as designs according to customer specifications. Handling devices for circographs with material storage, separation, and feed and discharge systems are also part of the Markmetall program. The innovative combination of annealing, blasting, straightening, milling, and planing processes at EZM Profil Bearbeitung in Rohr/Thüringen represents a cost-effective and competitive alternative to traditional manufacturing technologies such as rolling and drawing. A particular focus is on linear guides for general machine and plant construction, which offer customers significant advantages in further processing due to special stress-free properties.
