Our patented casting resin system, ALWA MOULD D, is the fastest curing casting resin system in the world. It is very easy to process and does not need to be post-tempered. Our easy to use system has a pot life of only 20 minutes! Deep drawing can take place immediately after demoulding. From 1 to 2500 kg, everything from large bathtubs to small chocolate moulds can be cast. Commercial vehicle manufacturer Aixam has been successfully working with our system for years. With our innovative ALWA POR porous plates, the time-consuming drilling of vacuum holes is no longer necessary. They impress with high stability, compressive strength and a permanent temperature resistance of over 190 °C. ALWA POR is suitable for vacuum deep drawing and forming processes as well as aeration for aquariums, fish ponds and sewage treatment plants, ventilation of injection and blow moulds, all processes with hot air and steam, vacuum clamping technology, filter applications, air film sliding technology, foundry, etc.

In 1956, Hubert Deimel founded the "Hubert Deimel Haushaltwarenfabrik". It manufactured the "famous" potato peelers. The product was a sales hit and formed the basis for the company's successful development. Today, the company is known as Westmark GmbH and has over 2500 items on offer. Most of our revenue comes from items that are MADE IN GERMANY and are manufactured in-house. Production departments include plastic injection moulding and extrusion, aluminium die casting, zinc die casting and metalworking. Production takes place at the headquarters in Lennestadt-Elspe and in Wittelsberg.

Up to 1963 – Company continued by Elisabeth Kaldenberg. 1963 – Acquisition by Karl Hans-Peter Kaldenberg. 1965 – Relocation to the current site of Heiligenhaus, which had a production area of approx. 600 m² at the time. 1980 – Construction of new production area of around 700 m² for the chill foundry. 2008 – Acquisition by Karl Joachim Stephan Kaldenberg. The production area has been continuously extended to its current size of more than 5000 m². Our production process uses the latest technical equipment and is based on a certified quality management system.
