    Olivier Tricon worked in different French vineyards before settling in the beginning of 80s as wine-merchant. He saw his sales grow up increasingly. To adapt himself to the market, he becomes wine merchant who ages wines: he buys the grape in must of Chablis vintners during the vintage, then he turn it to wine in his own cellars. This allows him to assure a constant quality of his wines.Proof of this seeking of quality, the selections and awards received by the General Agriculture Competition of Paris and selections in the Guide Hachette, among others.
