Since July 2017, CLAC, the Conserverie Locale Artisanale et Créative has dreamed up and prepared organic tinned foods using local ingredients from fifteen partner farms and smallholdings in the Auvergne. In line with our 3 pillars of ORGANIC, LOCAL and HAND-CRAFTED, we use fresh ingredients, picked when fully ripe to create tasty, 100% original recipes. CLAC is entirely committed to transition by combating food waste, purchasing so-called “ugly” vegetables and production surplus from our local market gardeners at a fair price. We guarantee our supply through annual contracts, thereby improving the producers’ income. Our original gourmet recipes have won numerous prizes, including the silver medal at the Natexpo innovation awards (carrot mousse with bleu d'Auvergne cheese) and the Epicure d'argent from the Monde de l'épicerie fine (Auvergne-style beetroot ketchup).

Four main companies make up Gourmet Provence and work hand in hand with Corine Marmotan, a developer of international trade. Popol is specialised in vinegar and condiments, Guintrand specialises in tinned seasonal fruit and vegetables, La Cigale Dorée makes biscuits and fillings, and Maison Lesage is a cake and chocolate Maker. All provide unique and original delicatessen products. Our producers also sell to supermarkets and hypermarkets with the aim of enhancing regional heritage. We manage orders, the customer service, logistics and marketing. Our force lies in long-lasting relations with our buyers.

L'OR DES LAVANDES

Lavender growers for four generations, since 1916, we offer a quality essential oil that is organic and has a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO). Our family, the Fras, grows lavender at Lagarde d’Apt, at an altitude of 1, 100 metres between Ventoux and Luberon in France. We have been fully organic since 1979. Every year, our entire crop is PDO certified "Huile essentielle de lavande fine de haute Provence", guaranteeing its origin, traceability and quality. This cultivated lavender comes originally from wild plants, meaning it is a better lavender than a cloned one known as lavandula angustifolia, or a lavandin. We are producers of fine organic essential oils, organic super lavandin essential oils and fine organic lavender hydrosol. Our fine essential oils of lavender are made from organically grown plants, with no chemical or synthetic products. This means they are perfect for use in aromatherapy and cosmetics. Our products are available for sale in small or large quantities. Essential oils of lavender have multiple qualities and are used in cosmetics, massage, to combat stress, colds and even in cookery to make deliciously tasty lavender biscuits.
DOMAINE LA GOUJONNE

The Kraus & Fils GAEC, an association of producers, was founded in 1994. Sitting 25 kilometres apart, the merger of two family vineyards created Domaine La Goujonne, 35 hectares producing PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Côtes de Provence and Coteaux Varois en Provence wines. With the passage of time, the domaine grew in size and sales increased. In 2016, Domaine La Goujonne acquired the remaining family-owned parcels adjacent to the Vicari bastide, extending the domaine by a further 20 hectares. Domaine La Goujonne is now certified organic, after a 3-year conversion process audited by ECOCERT to ensure that products and practices meet the required standards. The domaine has always worked to grow grapes in a rational way that respects the environment. We prefer working the soil and cooperating with livestock farmers rather than using weed killers. We use minimal phytosanitary treatments, and only ever use the correct insecticide-free products that have been certified and recommended. Domaine La Goujonne is well aware that the public today holds food industry professionals to far higher standards than ever before.
