Our terroirs: sandstone for the reds and clay-limestone for the whites. Red and Rosé: the power of Grenache, the authenticity of Vieux Carignan, the finesse of Syrah, the wildness of Mourvèdre, the originality and adventurousness of Marselan. White: Chardonnay, the smoothness of Viognier, and Roussane. Instead of ageing in wood, our white wines are aged on their gross lees (6 months), and our reds macerated for over 6 weeks. Gravity system, sulphite reduction. The character of our wines: fruity, generous, silky tannins. Our bottles (visual): they form a multicoloured fresco worthy of a Parisian fine artist when placed side-by-side. Our conviction: organic agriculture. 1. CHAMPAGNE PIERRE LAURENT

    France

A family vineyard for five generations, the authenticity of Maison Pierre Laurent is evident in its strong attachment to traditional techniques and protection of the natural environment. Deeply passionate about his region and driven by an avant-garde vision of champagne-making, Pierre Laurent seeks to create well-being by offering wines that are as natural as possible, reflect their terroir and provenance, and are environmentally responsible. Tradition, pleasure and sharing are the values, handed from father to son, that he seeks to transmit. The Pierre family currently exploits 4-and-a-half hectares of vines in the Marne valley, primarily growing Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. The main varieties are: - Chardonnay: delicate floral, citrus and mineral notes.- Pinot Noir: soft and fruity, provides a roundness to the blend.- Pinot Meunier: aromas of berries with a pronounced structure. Brings body and power to the blend. For centuries we have picked every grape entirely picked by hand, ensuring a craft-led harvest of real quality. Drinking to excess is dangerous to health, alcoholic beverages must be consumed with moderation. Alcoholic beverages are not for sale to those aged under 18.
