The Château du Garde... the tale of a family since 1925. The Château du Garde is located in the Côtes de Bordeaux appellation area, and its terroir is ideal for producing great Bordeaux wines. The Château du Garde has amassed unique expertise over four generations. As independent winemakers committed to the environmental cause, the Château du Garde has engaged in a sustainable development approach and was awarded High environmental Value Level 3 (HVE 3) certification in 2019. All our wines were tasted by Paolo Basso and Paz Levinson, two of the world's most respected sommeliers, and were mentioned several times, for instance in Sommeliers International, but also in Terre de Vins, and one of them (Cuvée Odette 2009) beat a Saint-Émilion grand cru classé to win a blind tasting award at La Plateforme Lyon in 2018.

SCEA CHATEAU BRANDE-BERGERE

Château Brande-Bergère is an 8-hectare estate located north of Saint Emilion. Our wines are cultivated with the utmost care, and worked entirely by hand (leaf removal, picking, harvesting). The estate is High Environmental Value (HEV) certified; herbicides are prohibited and all effluents are recycled. Our wines are made from a traditional mixture of Bordeaux grape varieties: merlot (40%), cabernet franc (35%) and cabernet sauvignon (25%). Wines from Château Brande-Bergère have won many awards (Gold Medal in Paris, World Wine Award from Decanter magazine, rated by the world's finest wine critics and available at some of the finest restaurants, including the 3-Michelin starred Arpège in Paris. The famous British wine critic, Jancis Robinson, awarded the Château Brande-Bergère Cuvée O’Byrne 2009 a score of 92/100. Among her comments, she said: "Here is another example of a wine that is punching way above its price in terms of the pleasure delivered. It’s packed full of fruit and charm… It’s impressively concentrated and extremely satisfying with the tannins well in retreat and no very obvious oak. I particularly enjoyed the combination of richness on palate entry and freshness on exit." More recently, the International Wine Report, a professional US reviewing platform, awarded it 92/100 for the 2018 vintage. Château Brande-Bergère is famed for offering some of the best value for money on the market.

CHÂTEAU FERREYRES wines are produced with biodiversity in mind. Château Ferreyres embarked on its transition to organic growing in September 2019, and reveals all its delectable notes of its grape varieties through an elegant range. The wines are the expression of a rare flint terroir, and the painstaking work in the Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur appellation cellars. The vivid, expressive wines of the Château Ferreyres vintages will arouse the curiosity of those with intrigued palates as well as well-seasoned wine drinkers. The Château Ferreyres vineyard is to be found in a rare terroir, exposed on superb sun-drenched hills. The high flint content in the argilloarenaceous soil gives the Château Ferreyres wines powerful red berry notes and unique balance. As a result, these wines can be savoured from their very first years, but they can also be laid down for drinking later. The red wines are produced on 25 hectares, mainly planted with Merlot, but also Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon varietals. Château TAYAC is a family estate. The vineyard is located in the Médoc and covers 37 hectares in the heart of the prestigious Margaux appellation. The PORTET harvesting owner family applies the COUSINIE method providing a generous nutritional contribution to vines whilst significantly limiting treatments. The vineyard is perched in the gravel hills of Soussans, in the Médoc, and covers 37 hectares in the heart of the prestigious Margaux wine-growing area. Château TAYAC is run by the PORTET family, which has owned and harvested the estate for four generations. We apply the COUSINIE method for a generous nutritional intake whilst limiting the number of treatments. The soil is therefore more balanced and is better prepared to naturally repels attacks. Both vines and grapes benefit from these privileged conditions. Stripping and the green harvesting also enable us to control production and optimise the quality of wine which is matured in French oak barrels for 12 months. Château TAYAC wine is sold in Bordeaux stores, cellars, restaurants and is also directly exported.
CAVES DES PRODUCTEURS DE JURANÇON

The Cave Gan-Jurançon, which produces Jurançon and Béarn wines, located in the heart of SW France, brings together AOC Jurançon (sweet, dry and last harvest) and Béarn (red and rosé). It brings together 300 members who grow two thirds of Jurançonnais vineyards (750 ha) and three quarters of Béarnais vineyards (150 ha). It also owns 40 ha of vines which it grows and maintains all year round with its own team. Thanks to the diversity of its terroirs, the reasoned use of vineyards, limited production, manual harvesting and the know-how of our cellar masters, we produce quality wines which respect tradition. Our bottling unit, inaugurated in 2011, bears witness to the modernity of our equipment (certified ISO 9001, 14001 and FSSC 22000) and enables us to guarantee optimal storage conditions and order flow management. "Esprit Apéritifs Basilic" is an aromatic wine based drink with fresh basil, a recipe handed down from one generation to the next by the family of Olivier PARET, a specialist in oenology and an aperitif creator. Using basil, Olivier has recreated, in "Esprit Basilic", all the sophistication of this drink with its floral hints associated with the force of the earth.
