The company VolaPlast OOD has two main business fields: - Assembling of systems technology for the automotive and other industries - Production of technical plastic parts for the automotive and medical industry VolaPlast OOD is part of the German VolaPlast Group, one of the most modern and innovative plastic processing companies in Europe. Founded in 1961 in Germany, VolaPlast employs today almost 250 people at its German and Bulgarian locations and is owner-managed in the 3rd generation. Technical plastic parts at the highest level are produced for the automotive and medical industry for more than 60 years. In addition, VolaPlast is one of the global market leaders in the area of system technology for the automotive industry with a main focus on windshield cleaning systems. Thanks to its high innovations strength, VolaPlast succeeds in adapting to the changing market conditions in the automotive industry. Today, VolaPlast is well-established in the future-oriented markets of autonomous driving and sensor technology and was able to achieve a high level of independence from the combustion engine. In order to meet the high customer requirements also into the future, the family company has established its first production facility outside of Germany in Kyustendil, Bulgaria in 2021.

Our product production is more towards classic, traditional and modern furniture from solid oak, cherry, beech, and lime wood, which combines solid wood and natural veneered MDF. Our factory can produce almost every type of furniture, fitted or free-standing to a fine finish supplying both trade and retail at incredibly competitive prices. Our materials are first quality: oak, cherry, beech, and lime woods - supplied directly from our saw-mills throughout Bulgaria. Our company manufactures bedroom furniture, dining room furniture, kitchens, tables, chairs, beds, cabinets, small solid wood furniture, upholstered furniture, and many more. The wide range of furniture products - more than 500 different models, allows the company to fully upholster hotels, restaurants, private accommodations, and many more. Famous for their original design and high qualification - the company's employees - 60 skilled workers, are ready to satisfy the specific requirements of every client. The materials we use: varnish, glue, etc., have quality certificates from the "European Union" and are ecologically pure. The furniture is built with the most modern techniques incorporating the principles of tradition and craftsmanship. 90% of the company's production is exported to France, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland and many more. NIKIPLAST-M is a manufacturer of plastic details, specialized in the production of parts for sanitary fixtures and fittings: plastic handles of different size, shape, colour and material; bottom and side filling valves; discharge valves; holders and seals; fastening and supporting elements for washing basins, lids, flushing cisterns and other; chrome plated sanitary buttons. The equipment consists of more than 20 modern injection machines with a range of injecting pressure from 50 up to 650 tons. The company has a fully automated galvanic line for Cu-Ni-Cr plating on ABS plastic parts. The thickness of the plating complies with all tests and requirements of the parts for the sanitary fittings. NIKIPLAST-M has its own development department and a tool department for manufacturing plastic moulds for new products. In 2004 NIKIPLAST-M Ltd has been certified under ISO 9001: 2000 certificate. The constant quality control follows each and every product in all steps of the production process.
