Contract Manufacturing TC Domine is a dependable partner for the highprecision machining of components made of thermoplastics and glass fibre or carbon fibrereinforced plastic. Six modern CNC machines with up to five axes can machine components 6,140 mm long, 1,900 mm wide and up to 500 mm high. As such, we are able to design and manufacture the necessary parts inhouse. Subsequent processing steps such as gluing, painting and assembling addon components are an integral part of what we do.

Our PEKI mechanical brass valve series has been manufactured for decades from high-quality hot-pressed parts and precision turned parts, which are assembled with modern plastic injection-molded parts and sealing elements made in Germany. The PEKI is a proven construction which has been tested millions of times. It has been further developed and is now available for the every first time completely in stainless steel / V2A. Many liquids are easily and safely regulated with the PEKI series via its mechanical level control.

tehcnoCASE is a modern plastic enclosure with design stripes in grey, red, green, blue or yellow, which can be easily snapped on to cover the screw channels and give the enclosure its own individual visual appearance. A standard recess in the lid enables front plates, films or membrane keypads to be accommodated. The large number of standard sizes offers a wide range of options for mounting numerous electronic or electrical attachments. There is also an option to combine various lids and bottoms with each other, increasing the variety. Fastening domes for the attachment of internal mounting are already integrated into all parts. Compatible cable glands, supporting rails and other accessories are of course also available.

The Star Platen Sealer is available either bench-mounted or free-standing, producing shaped or multiple welds. The Star Platen Sealer can be manually or pneumatically operated with either foot switch or push button operation. The Star Platen Sealer can seal most modern plastic, biodegradable, foil, paper and laminate packaging materials and is constructed from anodised aluminium profile to give rigidity whilst keeping the weight down. The machine frame is constructed from an anodised aluminium profile, maximising rigidity whilst minimising weight. The gantry sealer is available with either one or both jaws heated allowing a wide range of packing materials to be sealed including foil, paper, biodegradable materials, laminates and most modern plastics. Pneumatically operated automatic jaws allow operators to prepare for the next product during the sealing cycle maximising machine throughput.
