Users can log into their desktop phone without typing their Extension Mobility username and PIN via the Cisco IP telephone keypad. If they start their laptop or another device, the associated desktop telephone is automatically loaded with their settings. Over the last years, we extended our application portfolio with the Call Forwarding Assistant, the Inventory Manager, the Application Manager and the Analytics & Reporting Manager. .
