We have more than 30 machines in this facility (milling, CNC machining centres, grinding, lathes) and 2 Quality laboratories. We have a painting, welding and heat (surface) treatment services. The strength of this division is the design and manufacturing of fixtures and dedicated machines aiding manufacturing. We can imagine, create and produce fixtures and we can assembly and test, even if this is hydraulic or pneumatic. We can perform electrical work as well.

We have more than 30 machines in this facility (milling, CNC machining centres, grinding, lathes) and 2 Quality laboratories. We have a painting, welding and heat (surface) treatment services. Our CMM machines are: DEA ALPHA, Leitz X1 scan, 5000 x 2500 x 1800 – with this one we can measure the biggest components what we produce. We deliver the report online to our customers. LEITZ REFERENCE, Leitz X5 scan, D200 with rotating table, 1500 x 900 x 700; LEITZ REFERENCE, Leitz X5 scan, 1500 x 900 x 700. All these machines are avialable for rent.

The Automated Serial production qualified for the highest standards in CNC machining in a 6000 sqm. The production lines here are made of automated, robotized cells and are able for high precision mass production of different parts for any industry – engine or structural parts, any other components – as well as aluminium and steel products. We have centralised chips and emulsion management, temperature and filtered air control, 7/24 shift pattern.

Besides the production there are robotized high pressure washing equipment, waterproof with special positioned pins for pricese water targetting, dryer and tracebility control too.

Besides the production for our customers there are Data Matrix Code laser engravers, online production control and support system (OEEm) for full traceability, robotized high pressure washing equipment, tightness Quality CMM machines, assembly and logistic services. We have Accretech Surfcom Nex100 surface roughness and contour measuring machine Ecologic high pressure residual contamination tester. We have centralised chips and emulsion management, temperature and filtered air control, 7/24 shift pattern.

The Automated Serial production qualified for the highest standards in CNC machining in a 6000 sqm. We have online production control and support system (OEEm) for full traceability, tightness Quality CMM machines which are: Zeiss Prismo navigator, Zeiss Vast Gold scan; D300 rotating table 2400 x 1200 x 1000; Zeiss Accura II, Zeiss VastXT scan D400 rotating table 1600 x 900 x 800; Dea Global Silver, Leitz X5 scan 1200 x 900 x 800; Dea Global Silver, Leitz X5 scan 1500 x 900 x 800.
