BTF SA specialises in the bespoke construction of different types of industrial furnaces designed for all industrial sectors, and ceramic furnaces, working in temperatures of up to 1800°C.They can be designed to operate in air, neutral gases or under vacuum, or to perform specific heat treatments such as temepering, cementation, annealing, fusion, drying, ageing, preheating, and so on. BTF also custom designs and builds furnaces used to test various mateirals' fire safety. We engage in extensive R&D efforts with other companies and accredited laboratories. These furnaces, running our proprietary management and data acquisition software, enable tests to be made to meet a wide range of standards (EN-1363-1; -1363 in -2 ASTM-E119; UL-263; BS-476-20; HCM; RWS). We provide maintenance, repair and restoration services for all brands of furnaces, supplying spare parts such as thermocouples, regulators, insulating and/or refractory materials, wound and armoured heating elements.

The high efficient screw centrifugal impeller with high solids free passage is designed for matchless solids-handling. The fuel consumption is one of the lowest compared with other pumps of its kind. The ECOMIZER PRO version has an easy to operate touchscreen PLC controlbox for manual or automatic operation with one float switch or one pressure probe, that is placed in a separate and lockable hatch. This set is provided with a high level alarm float switch and the revolutionary "actuator": the motor will automatically rev up or down when less or more water is detected by the pressure probe. The PLC controlbox is equipped with a data logger and the possibility to consult data and operate from a distance (option). The moisture sensor in the suction part and the electromagnetic clutch coupling prevent the vacuum pump from running when not required.

The condition based maintenance partnership has been created to give you the chance to correct a potential problem before it occurs. The analysis of vibration data is based on a human spectrum analysis, all our diagnostics are made by ISO certified (level 1 or 2) engineers. Nevertheless, the use of alarm and alert levels in the system is interesting in order to alert people’s attention. Exceeding an alarm level automatically induces the collection of the vibration spectrum and the recording of temperature data.
