Resolutely focused on the future, BTF is capable of meeting numerous technological challenges in the field of industrial furnaces. All furnaces and ovens are designed in-house and built according to the individualized needs of the client. BTF specializes in the custom design and construction of various types of industrial furnaces intended for all sectors of industry, as well as ceramic kilns. The temperature range of the manufactured installations extends up to 1,800°C. They can be designed to operate in air, under neutral gases, under vacuum, or to perform specific thermal treatments such as quenching, tempering, annealing, melting, drying, aging, preheating, glazing, pyrolysis... Furthermore, BTF designs and custom manufactures furnaces intended for conducting fire resistance tests of materials for certification purposes. In this context, we support both companies for R&D on their products and accredited laboratories. These furnaces allow testing according to European, American, and British standards (EN-1363-1; EN-1363-2; ASTM-E119; UL-263; BS-476-20; HCM; RWS). They are equipped with our own control and data acquisition system. We provide maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of furnaces of any brand, as well as the supply of spare parts such as thermocouples, regulators, insulating and/or refractory materials, wound or armored resistors.
