We offer LED technologies for existing applications. With our modular concept, combined with our calibration laboratory and in-house production we offer decisive development advantages. POSSIBLE REASONS FOR CUSOMIZED UV-LED: The system already exists. Standard products can’t be installed due to limited space. Irradiation from one direction is not sufficient The determination of irradiation wavelength has not yet taken place You are looking for a competent and independent partner YOUR ADVANTAGES WITH OPSYTEC UV-LED CUSTOMIZED SOLUTION: Development and production from a single source Ideal for small batches, tests and prototypes Wavelength 275 nm, 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm available Further wavelengths are possible Suitable sensor? We offer customer-specific solutions, too Reliable results through our own calibration laboratory Special solutions are beneficial - even for small quantities. Ask us!

The HP-120i is a high-intensity short arc light source for quick UV spot curing within seconds. As a microprocessor controlled spotlight source with light guide, HP-120i is a reliable and economical „cold“ light source for irradiation with high-intensity UV-A radiation and blue light. The heat transfer in the material is minimized due to the absence of ineffective red and near-infrared radiation. The spotlight source uses fiber-optic cables in various configurations for flexible irradiation of one to four points. Depending on the light guide, UV-A irradiances of up to 15,000 mW/cm² can be achieved. The exposure time can be set through a digital timer with a resolution of 0.1 s. The shutter can also be switched by a foot switch or via a PLC system controller by an external contact. The typical lamp life is 2,000 hours. To achieve uniform irradiation, the lamp power is stabilized.

The handheld UV lamps are high-powered UV radiation sources for UV-A and UV-C radiation. They enable the sensitive detection of luminescent substances through their high irradiance. The handheld UV lamps are available in three versions. UV-A and UV-C lamps are equipped with two UV lamps to obtain a very high intensity of irradiation on the sample. The UV-A/C handheld lamp allows the simultaneous or separate application of UV-A and UV-C radiation with the same device. All handheld UV lamps are mains operated and have VIS filters, which effectively filter the visible light from the tubes. Thus, even weak luminescence in the sample can be optimally detected. We recommend our additional stand to create a table lamp and have both hands free for testing. HIGHLIGHTS OF UV HAND-HELD LAMPS High irradiance of ~ 500 µW/cm² in a distance of 10 cm Filters for visible light from the tubes Weak luminescence can be detected Long lifetime Optional: Switchable UVA and UVC emission

The UV measuring probes with 14 mm diameter only serve as compact, long-term, stable measuring heads for the supervision of UV irradiation systems and for UV measurements in inaccessible locations. In addition, optional water and light guide adapters enable the application in hot locations and in water disinfection systems. The integrated electronics generate a signal voltage that is transferred to the UV monitor RM-31 or to the PLC with low noise by a shielded cable.

Luminance standards and radiance standards are used in photometry and radiometry, in particular for the calibration and characterization of cameras and optical measuring devices. Another application is the determination of reflection, transmission and absorption properties of materials. Luminance and radiance standards are homogeneous light sources that have a uniform brightness over their entire emitting surface and emit almost perfectly lambent and uniformly in all directions. The mode of operation is based on the principle of the integrating sphere. The integrating sphere consists of a hollow, spherical structure with a highly reflective inner surface. This surface is coated with a diffuse reflective coating of barium sulphate, which scatters almost 100% of the incident light. This property enables the sphere to distribute the light evenly in all directions and eliminate directional effects.
