Due to the case design as per EHEDG recommendation and various process connections, the transmitter is suitable for the hygienic requirements of plant and machinery engineering.

Inline temperature transducers allow a dead-zone free measuring of the pipe wall temperature. Measuring is performed without cross-sectional alterations and without contact of the medium with the measuring resistor. The transducer is integrated in the piping by intermediate screwing. A variety of screwings are available for different applications.

The temperature transmitter PA2530 with mit IO-Link is suitable for hygienic temperature measurement in connection with the following resistance thermometers ■ MiniTherm, Type series GA27 (see data sheet T4-014, T4-015 and T4-017) ■ Clamp-on, Type series GA2610 (see data sheet T4-028) Due to its compact design the transmitter fulfils the hygienic requirements of plant and machinery engineering.

The resistance thermometer is suited for operation on tanks and pipes. All standard types of process connections are available. The change in resistance, dependent on the measurement temperature, can be detected by a transmitter and converted into a standardized signal. A variety of transmitters for head mounting is available for different applications. For In-process calibration the integration of a special measuriung insert with additional test pipe is possible (data sheet T4-025-45,Type GA3100, reference sensor: data sheet T4-025-46, Type GA3110).

This bourdon tube pressure gauge with switch function (electrical contact device) has been especially constructed for the operation with diaphragm seals. A custom bourdon tube that is reduced in volume produces a very slight temperature error. Diaphragm seals with reduced diaphragm surface areas may also be used. The ASEPTconnect Inline unit allows to install measuring instruments into pipes taking all requirements related to successful SIP and CIP procedures into account.
