The induction generator is designed to supply up to 4 induction coils (inductors) with a power of up to 7.5 kW each. The device operates on the three-phase mains with a voltage of up to 400 V and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The mains current is rectified and fed to the DC link, from which the inductors are individually supplied.

The controller is a fieldbus device for the control of up to 7 power modules from the modular heating System from Kendrion, which are directly connected via the module bus. In addition to system monitoring, the controller can also control or regulate the individual output channels of all power modules. Different roll diameters can be applied and one or more axial heating zones can be realised depending on the requirements. The LHP035 is a square linear solenoid in a robust steel housing, which can be actuated either by pushing or by pulling. The solenoid convinces in various applications with smallest space requirement at high forces. The LHP035 series can be configured with different duty cycles (5, 25, 40 and 100% ED) and different stroke variants (5, 10, 15, 20 mm) depending on the application. The plug (= IP40), sealing ring and bellows (=IP54) ensure an increased degree of protection. Resetting can be performed by means of an optional integrated spring. Special voltage variants of the solenoid are also available on request. Due to its square design, particularly high forces and simple mounting characterize the high-performance linear solenoid. In addition, the strong solenoid convinces with short switching times and a long service life of up to 10 million switching cycles. The configuration options of the LHP035 are versatile.

High power solenoids of the LHS series are solenoids with strong holding forces. They are delivered with a horizontal characteristic curve. The armature is led on both sides with maintenance-free precision bearings. This results in a very high resistance to wear, granting consistent solenoid performance throughout a long service life. The LHS high performance solenoids are available in different versions.

The Reversible Linear Solenoid LHR090 is characterized by high performance. It is delivered with a horizontal characteristic curve. The armature is led on both sides with maintenance-free precision bearings coated with Teflon. This results in a very high resistance to wear, granting consistent solenoid performance throughout a long service life. The reversing solenoid is available in different versions.

Control Linear Solenoid D51 with short stroke travels and high magnetic forces for precise switching of valves. The control solenoid is based on the force effect exerted on ferromagnetic bodies in the magnetic field. The electrical energy is converted into mechanical kinetic energy. The armature is reset by spring, weight or magnetic forces. The control solenoid is available in different versions and tested according to DIN VDE 0580/07.2000.

The D-frame solenoid LCL 40x50 is characterized by a compact design, low power consumption and short switching times. A long service life is promoted by the precision steel tube housing and maintenance-free armature bearings. The frame solenoid can be installed in any position, with the force preferably being applied in the axial direction only. It is fastened via threaded holes on the side or on the face. As standard, the frame linear solenoid has a chemically nickel-plated armature and a plastic-molded solenoid coil and has protection class IP 40. Versions with bellows achieve protection class IP54.

Holding magnet in round design for holding or clamping ferromagnetic workpieces. The DC-excited coil achieves a holding force of up to 30,000 N when energized. When the supply voltage is switched off, the workpiece to be held falls off. The holding solenoid is maintenance-free and are characterized by a low operating current at high holding forces. The holding solenoid is available in different sizes in round, flat or square design.
