The LHP035 is a square linear solenoid in a robust steel housing, which can be actuated either by pushing or pulling. In general, the stroke movement is from the stroke start to the stroke end position. The electromagnet is convincing in a wide range of applications with smallest space requirements and high forces. Depending on the area of application, the LHP035 can be optimally configured. The series can be configured with different duty cycles (5, 25, 40 and 100% ED) and different stroke variants (5, 10, 15, 20 mm). The plug (= IP40), sealing ring and bellows (=IP54) provide an increased degree of protection. The reset can be carried out by means of an optional integrated spring. Special voltage variants are also available on request. The D-frame solenoid LCL is characterized by a compact design, low power consumption and short switching times. A long service life is promoted by the precision steel tube housing and maintenance-free armature bearings. The frame solenoid can be installed in any position, with the force preferably being applied in the axial direction only. It is fastened via threaded holes on the side or on the face. As standard, the frame linear solenoid has a chemically nickel-plated armature and a plastic-molded solenoid coil and has protection class IP 40. Versions with bellows achieve protection class IP54. Other voltages are possible on request.

Holding magnet for holding or clamping ferromagnetic workpieces. The DC-excited coil achieves a holding force of up to 30,000 N when energized. When the supply voltage is switched off, the workpiece to be held falls off. The holding solenoid is maintenance-free and are characterized by a low operating current at high holding forces. The holding solenoid is available in different sizes in round, flat or square design.

The permanent holding magnets achieve a holding force of up to 35,000 N in the de-energized state and are designed for long holding of magnetic workpieces. When the DC-excited coil is switched on, the permanent magnetic field on the holding surface is neutralized and the workpiece to be held can be removed. The electromagnet holds loads even in the event of a power failure and only needs to be energized briefly to release the workpiece. It is characterized by its energy efficiency and high holding forces.
