The Kuhnke CIO compact I / O combines various input and output signals on a PCB. The process data are transferred via the CANopen interface. The open and therefore low-cost version allows fast wiring and is predestined for the requirements in the apparatus construction.

The Kuhnke CIO compact I / O connects various input and output signals in a compact housing in Book size format. The process data of the PLC are made available via the CANopen interface according to the device profile CiA 401. The robust design makes it suitable for use in machine and apparatus engineering.

The Kuhnke CIO compact I / O with CANopen fieldbus interface contains various digital and analog input and output signals in a compact housing for the DIN rail. The robust design allows the use in machine and apparatus construction.

This EtherCAT I/O module has been specifically designed with industrial environments in mind. Its IP 65 protection allows its installation anywhere at the machine making switching cabinets and further housings more or less redundant. You may mount the unit directly on a base plate. Due to the modules integral plug connector system, sensors and actuators are never far away from the modules. Standardised cable connections reduce mounting times while enhancing the security of the wiring. The IP65 EtherCAT I/O modules are intended for mechanical & plant engineering applications also in conjunction with systems other than those supplied by Kendrion Kuhnke Automation.

The fanless PLC with iMX6 Quad Core processor technology combines compactness with longevity and performance. The device has an integrated flash disk and an easily accessible SD card slot. USB interfaces allow the use of additional change-over memories or external peripherals. Kuhnke controllers with CODESYS SoftMotion CNC+Robotocs provide the user with extensive project planning options for his motion tasks. Among other things, certified motion modules according to PLCopen and the full scope of the IEC 61131-3 programming interface are available, as well as integrated motion planning with coordinate values for robot positions in different coordinate systems and numerous supported kinematics with convenient configuration, e.g. various gantry robots (2/3/5 axes), bipod/tripod robots, Scara robots.

Kuhnkes FIO Safety PLC is a module intended to expand EtherCAT networks. Acting as the FSoE master, it is able to address any FSoE slave including safety I/Os, motion controllers valve islands and other FSoE equipment. The Safety PLC meets the requirements of IEC 61508 SIL3 and DIN EN ISO 13849 PLe. CODESYS version 3.5SP8 or higher is used for programming. The CODESYS safety function modules have been certified previously thus considerably reducing the efforts of developing, verifying and approving a safety application. The main controller's CODESYS environment and the EtherCAT link are used for programming.

Kuhnkes FIO Safety SDI8/SDO2 is a safety I/O terminal featuring eight safe digital input channels and two safe digital output channels. This expansion module from Kuhnke's FIO range easily integrates in any EtherCAT® network. Eight inputs pick up sensor readings via floating 24 VDC contacts while two outputs send up to 0.5 A of current per channel to 24 VDC actuators. In case the EtherCAT terminal detects a fault it changes to a safe state (fail safe). The module meets the requirements of IEC 61508 SIL3 and DIN EN ISO 13849 PL e.

Kuhnkes FIO Safety SDI4/SDO2 is a safety I/O terminal featuring four safe digital input channels and two safe digital output channels. This expansion module from Kuhnke's FIO range easily integrates in any EtherCAT® network. The new Vico MT series is a powerful display unit with multi-touch technology in an industrial-grade unit design. The installed CODESYS HMI software package makes it possible to visualise data from any CODESYS controller(s) on the remote Vico MT. The visualisation is developed either independently or together with the PLC application in the free CODESYS Development System. The devices with brilliant IPS display have a robust glass touch screen with an aluminium bezel and are prepared for easy installation in the control cabinet. All components are robust and have long-term availability.
