HWG HORST WEIDNER GMBH

Horst Weidner founded the family business HWG in 1982 in Leonberg. Initially active as a trading house, increasing demands for special parts led to the establishment of our own production facility. To accommodate the growing space requirements, the company moved to Renningen in 1997 into a newly constructed building, where development, administration, production, and assembly were all housed under one roof. The positive development continued, and the building was expanded just six years after the move. Today, our company employs staff dedicated to meeting the demand for rolling bearings, special bearings, and complete solution systems for customers worldwide. The continuously improving manufacturing standards and quality expectations we set for ourselves make ongoing modernization and expansion of our machinery essential. During the development phase, lifetime calculations for customer-specific rolling bearings can be performed. This is indispensable, especially for demanding customers from the aerospace industry, the food industry, as well as the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors, in conjunction with corrosion-resistant stainless steels and ceramic rolling elements. Even after the retirement of our founder Horst Weidner into well-deserved rest at the beginning of 2012, his son Frank Weidner and all employees at HWG continue to strive to set higher goals.
