The high-resolution oval wheel meter series OD is a compact dosing oval wheel meter with a direct volume output to the Compact Controller including dispensing and measuring functions. They are fitted with Tri-Clamp connections and a high-resolution Wiegand sensor for measuring Newtonian, non-abrasive liquids such as water, oil, grease, etc. Meters of the Flowal® series are based on a robust concept , have a very simple design and can be adapted to a wide field of applications. The innovative design is the result of merging long years of experience with the latest technologies. The meters in a compact design can be connected directly to the Compact Controller. In the minimum configuration 24 VDC supply, valve input and pulse output can be connected. The new compact controller MDS-PLCconsists of a touch screen with integrated PLC. It can be operated for 4 independent dosing places/channels. It can be connected to every flow sensors, which can provide a 24 VDC pulse volume. For each dosing place/channel a correction of the overflow will be independently realized and with an adjustable maximum dosing time the valve will be closed. For each place/channel, there is a tolerance output available that reports if a dosage was performed within the prescribed limits. The dosage may be started and stopped by external inputs as well as with the touch screen. All inputs and outputs can be connected to the back side of the touch screen with screw terminals. The Dosing Mass flow Meter extends the range of Dosing Sensors with special attention to the dosage of non-conductive media and direct mass dosage. The devices are designed in a very compact way and can be connected directly to the Compact Controller. The sensor outputs are compatible to those provided by our magnetic-inductive flowmeter with Converter Card UV14. As a minimum configuration, 24 VDC supply, valve input and pulse output can be connected. The preselection counter URS-09 (not EX-version) of Bopp & Reuther Messtechnik GmbH is suitable for custody transfer. The preselection counter consists of a custody flow computer type UR06 and of a non-custody part, consisting of a small PLC with Touchscreen for operation and control of the necessary components, such as Valves, pumps, etc. Both components are placed in a compact housing. The cable is connected via cable glands. The URS-09 serves as control of valves, pumps, engines or other in a plant existing actuator- or recording equipment, which are not subject of custody transfer measurement.
