In addition to the product range of classic cold rolling mills, we can also offer our customers electrolytically galvanized strip. The zinc coating offers excellent corrosion protection: In cooperation with our customers, we have developed a product that solves the problem of zinc abrasion in the processing of galvanized strips - ZPL (Zinc Plus Paint). An organic coating system is applied immediately after electrolytic galvanizing. This results in a colourless, uniform, highly lubricious layer with a dry film thickness of 0.50 - 3.00 µm, which can of course also be supplied in any desired colour. ZPL offers the following advantages: Further improvement of corrosion protection Excellent sliding properties, preventing zinc abrasion in the tool Reduced tool wear Longer tool life Oil-free processing is made possible Coating and printable layer with "Anti Finger Print" properties

The HONSEL RIVET NUT "headless" can be used in existing and new applications. The blind rivet nut can be flush mounted in smooth bores without countersinking. The omission of the "countersink" process of the hole realizes enormous potential for savings. Galvanized Coated Steel Sheets are products obtained by subjecting hot or cold rolled sheets to zinc coating process, the surface of which is brightened and strengthened against corrosion. It is offered in various grades such as DX51, DX52, DX53, DX54, DX56, S220GD, S280GD, S320GD, S350GD, HX260LAD, HX300LAD, HX340LAD. Zinc coating increases corrosion resistance and makes the product more durable. The amount of coating varies according to demand and place of use. Galvanized Coated Steel Sheet, which is coated with zinc by dipping or electrolytic coating method to increase the corrosion resistance of the steel sheet, is usually coated with a total of 100-300 gr / square meter on both surfaces.
