In coil coating, an organic coating is applied to the surface of a metal strip in a continuous process. The HUEHOCO portfolio includes both decorative and weather-resistant coatings as well as system solutions for a firm bonding of the metal strip with various rubber compounds and/or various plastics. For technical applications, there are also high-temperature resistant and non-stick as well as anti-friction systems, directly rubber- or plastic-coated metal strips. Since 1989 we have been the first company in the world to offer our customers the opportunity to have their goods delivered "endlessly" wound with more than 200,000 metres in a single strip on metal or plastic spools. Depending on our customers' requirements, we can process all wrought aluminium alloys, stainless steels, steel grades and non-ferrous metals available on the market in various degrees of hardness.

Utilization of the most modern technologies including CO2 and solid-state (Fiber laser) laser cutting machines gives us technological capabilities to precisely cut metal sheets and process parts of complex geometries. Especially the Fiber laser machines allow cutting with very high speed and maintaining high level of accuracy and precision. In ferrous we mainly deal in HMS1 & 2 Material Specification Heavy Melting Scrap (HMS 1& 2) ,80% HMS 1 & 20 % HMS 2 confirming to ISRI 200-206 HMS 1 – ISRI Code 200: heavy melting steel. Wrought iron and/or steel scrap ¼ inch or steel scrap ¼ inch and over in thickness. Individual pieces not over 60 x 24 inches HMS 1 – ISRI Code 201: heavy melting steel 3 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron or steel scrap ¼ HMS 1 – ISRI Code 202: heavy melting steel 5 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron or steel scrap ¼ HMS 2 – ISRI Code 203: heavy melting steel. Wrought iron or steel scrap, Black and Galvanized. 1/8 inch and over in thickness, charging box size to include material not suitable as no.1 heavy melting steel. HMS 2 – ISRI Code 204: same as ISRI 203 but max size 36×18 inches. HMS 2 – ISRI Code 205: same as ISRI 204 but free of sheet iron or thin-gauged material. HMS 2 – ISRI Code 206: same as ISRI 204, but max size 60 x 18 inches.

17-4 PH®, a wrought compressed stainless steel powder, combines high strength and high hardness with excellent corrosion resistance, fracture toughness and heat treatment properties. When machined, 17-4 PH® produces long, gummy chips. While soft and ductile in an annealed condition, it is capable of high hardness properties with a single precipitation or aging treatment. Applications 17-4 PH® is ideal for manufacturing aircraft fittings, braces, chemical processing components, coupling, fasteners, gas turbines, gears, hydraulic actuators, jet engines, nuclear reactor parts, pump shafts, rocket and missile components, valve stems and wear rings. The physical properties of 17-4 PH® stainless steel make it weldable by common fusion and resistance techniques. Among members of the precipitation hardening class of stainless steels, 17-4 PH® has the best weldability.
