The robust edge sanding machine - best suited for the edge area of large surfaces! Equipped with a height-adjustable bracket, the UNICO can be used both kneeling and standing. The low-maintenance and quiet running motor makes it a very reliable machine. The UNICO is the technically and ergonomically improved successor to the classic RANDMEISTER. Even areas with poor lighting conditions can be worked on more easily thanks to the very robust, integrated LED work light. The height-adjustable guide tube and the slewable bracket allow an individually adjustable working position and the sanding even when standing. The handle positioned on the attachment makes it easier to guide the machine. Applications with the UNICO: The UNICO is suitable for sanding wood and screed surfaces. Elder (Sambucus) belongs to the moschatel family (Adoxaceae). This shrub or small tree is native to West and Central Asia, North Africa and Europe. Elder grows in deciduous forests, by hedges, at the edges of woods and by lakesides and riverbanks. Occasionally, elder can reach a height of up to 15 m. It has feathered leaves arranged opposite each other with an odd number of leaflets. In summer, it forms bunches of shiny berries with a purple/black or black colour. The use of the elderberies against cold has been published in scientific literature. They are also widely known to support the immune system. Just as with the solid wood items, we can also accommodate many customer preferences for round wood veneer furniture parts. We manufacture the parts according to your specifications and use the materials you want Lamella, hardboard, particle boards, bendable plywood, specific wood veneers and edges, or we will work according to a given pattern and use our own discretion. Here again, our 5axis CNC moulding machines ensure precision workmanship. Edge processing, borings and mouldings are part of our standard repertoire in the 3D area, too.

Our 18mm Ivory Melamine faced board is available from stock and is comes with the option of a pre-applied, colour matched, 2mm ABS edging. When ordering edging please enter your overall dimensions, we will allow for the the thickness of the edging. You can select how many edges you would like edged using our drop down menu. If you would like a contrasting coloured edging, or a real wood edging such Oak or Birch Plywood. To do this, simply enter your requirement in the order notes section on our checkout page. Our Plywood edging is a great way to create exposed Birch Plywood edge shelves and panels at “half” the cost of real Plywood and without the hassle of finishing We prefer to use a Melamine faced MDF board as it cuts cleaner, accepts fixings, such as screws, much better and edging bonds to it more reliably than the chipboard alternative.

Customers who use narrow width strip can increase productivity with oscillated wound coils as large as 1000kgs. The benefit of this larger wound coil is that the coil needs to be changed less frequently and therefore reduces downtime. Common uses for oscillated wound is the building industry and automotive sector, this process has been proven to increase machine output by 40% on pressing lines. Our oscillating wound is available in thicknesses 0.40-3.00mm with a width to 3.00-80mm. With a coil weight of 100kgs or coil OD 1,000,00mm and pack width optional 200/350mm. Our stainless steel oscillating wound is WAK edge dressed on wooden spools. The inside diameter is 406, 508 flash butt welding method with reannealing. The welding method is 90 degree TIG-skew tolling, seam smoothened. Marking is in accordance to client specification.

Our aluminium boxed banding is available from stock in widths from 12.70mm (1/2”) to 25.00mm (1”) wide and thickness 0.30mm (0.012”) to 0.50mm (0.020”) Standard grade 1050 HH other grades are available at request. Coils can be supplied as standard 2kg rolls or as boxed banding with safe edges. Supplied on wooden pallets and shrink-wrapped. Maximum pallet weight 1500kg. A full export service is available for worldwide supply. Aluminium wing seals in 12.70mm (1/2”), 19.05mm (3/4”) and 25.00mm (1”) sizes are also available, and are compatible with aluminium or stainless steel banding. Certificates of conformity, showing the exact chemical composition of the material are supplied with each delivery.
