We are offering very wide spectrum of radio connected sensors. In addition to Humidity and Temperature, we also offer light, gas (Ozon, Oxygen, CO2 and more), air quality, vibration, level, noise, air pressure and more. All sensors are connected to the gateway and can be monitored through our online monitoring system.

Traditional in-pipe pressure sensors, including strain gauge pressure transducers and capacitive pressure sensors, have been essential in various industries for monitoring pressure variations. However, they present several drawbacks. These conventional sensors rely on wired connections for data transmission and power supply, necessitating complex and extensive cabling infrastructure. Cable trays and platforms must be installed to accommodate wiring, increasing costs and architectural requirements. Over time, cables are susceptible to deterioration, leading to signal loss, inaccurate measurements, and potential safety hazards. Regular maintenance is essential to address these issues, adding to operational expenses. Furthermore, the dependence on external power sources or batteries results in additional maintenance and environmental concerns related to battery disposal.

Predictive maintenance needs measured data to the greatest possible precision. On components with moving or rotating parts, the relevant measuring points (e. g. temperature of an electric motor’s rotor or planetary gearbox bearing) sometimes cannot be accessed with wired sensors. Accordingly, the data needed for condition monitoring can be obtained only with complex calculations and estimates. However, precise and reliable measured data are obtained only when a sensor is placed directly on the moving part. For requirements of this kind we have developed NORIFID, a simple, cost effective measuring system that is based on established technologies, supplies wirelessly power by induction to a sensor on a moving part, and transmits the measured data via RFID to a fixed receiver.

WiDPr-es is a wireless, batteryless differential pressure sensor developed by ESCOM Enhanced Solutions (ESCOM-ES). WiDPr-es harvests its own power from ambient energy sources, making it a self-powered and maintenance-free solution. We offer different SMD technologies for different applications and temperature ranges, e.g. SAC305-tinned wrap-around contacts for the normal PCB assembly process, high temperature solder wrap-around contacts for high temperature applications up to +250 °C or Ni/Au wrap-around contacts for special requirements or wire bonding applications. The SMD sensors are available with various accuracies of up to IEC 60751 F0.15 (IST AG reference class A) and in different dimensions (0805/1206) with other dimensions upon request. SMD sensors are characterized by excellent long-term stability, fast response time and low self-heating.

The device can perform water pressure measurements in the water supply network and temperature measurement in 2 places - on the sensor itself and in the device housing. The sensor is produced in two versions - IP54 (possible replacement of the battery on the user's side on the object) or IP68 (battery replacement only in the manufacturer's service) The sensor measures at intervals of 1 min to detect sudden pressure increases. It is possible to set an alarm threshold, the exceeding of which triggers the immediate sending of data frames. In normal operation mode, reading reporting takes place with an interval of 15 minutes every 6 hours from the last 24 hours.

The measuring probe lance is in the form of a length of 2000 mm and includes the three temperature sensors: - on the tip of the lance - at a distance of 750 mm from the tip and - at a distance of 500 mm from the end of the lance The lance tip has a rounded head, so when pushing into the pile it does not poke through encountered "in the way" compost components.
