Additional to the versatility of 11 particular types of aluminium profiles they can be supplied anodised resp. plastic coated in all RAL colours. We call as special types our 11 types of sealing brushes which we can produce in a big range of variations on your request. You can choose: - all fill types, e.g. natural fibres and bristles, plant fibres, wires and synthetic bristles- different trim heights (BH) (free bristle length)- the overall length from a few centimeters to the maximum length which can be transported. We also can supply all sealing brush types with fixing holes in the holding flanges, e.g. 22 available sizes of round holes and 13 sizes of elongated holes. Don't hesitate to ask us for other dimensions of fixing holes, too.

Steel Wire Long Bristled Hand Brush

Brushes configured with wire bristles are practical for a variety of uses. Wire is a very adaptable material that can be used for heavy duty deburring or cleaning to the finest of finishing and polishing applications. Wire filaments are available in almost every format of brush therefore as a European/UK manufacturer, IBEX Industrial Brushes can offer you the correct wire suitable for your own particular use. Lag Strip Brushes are made with either a wooden or polymer body and punch filled with filaments. These can be any filaments, bristles, natural fibres, wire or mixture of filaments. They can be produced in any length up to 3 mtrs long with filaments usually up to a maximum of 500mm long.

Plastic Back Strip Brushes are made with a polymer body and punch filled with filaments. These can be any filaments, bristles, natural fibres, wire or a mixture of filaments. They can be produced in any length up to 3 mtrs long with filaments usually up to a maximum of 500mm long.

Made from 100% Natural and Chemical Free materials. Non-scratch firm-soft bristles twisted with anti-rust stainless steel wire. White Bristles: Made from Sisal which is a natural fiber derived from a type of cactus called Agaves. Brown Bristles: Made from 100% natural coconut fibers. Handle: Coconut wood No longer unwittingly release microplastics down the drain every time you do the dishes or clean your bottles and jars!
