The nominal diameter of the pin is the same as the receiving hole diameter. The recommended hole tolerance is ISO H12. Due to the chamfered end, the pins can be inserted easily into the hole with a hammer or using automatic placement. After insertion, the plus tolerance of the pins results in a vibration-proof seating. The pins can be easily removed using a mandrel and reused several times. The pins can transmit high shear forces and are resistant to shocks and impacts due to their spring properties. The values specified for the shear force only apply to spring steel.

Barrel locks with return spring can be easily screwed onto doors, hatches and hoods. These locks are available in two different variants: bevelled upward or bevelled downward. The bevelled surface allows the application to be closed or opened without actuating the grip. The integrated return spring always brings the grip back to its original position. Type of operation: When the grip is pushed, the barrel moves into the open position and the door can be opened. When the door is pushed to, it is locked automatically by the bevel.

Elastomer NBR. Brace ring and tension spring steel. Rotary shaft lip seals are readytoinstall seals for sealing rotating shafts. They are made from an elastomer outer sleeve and an internal bracing shim. The tension spring ensures increased pressure of the lip against the shaft and supports static sealing. Form A DIN 3760 (ISO 6194/1) version, smooth OD. Form AS DIN 3760 (ISO 6194/0) version, smooth OD with extra dust lip to protect from external dirt. The material NBR has a high wear resistance and is resistant to motor fuels, oil, hydraulic oil and lubricating grease.
