Our metal work unit is equipped with all the equipment required to carry out the majority of operations related to the production and shaping of metal objects: mortising machine, press, drilling machines, rolling machines, semi-automatic welding stations and TIG/Plasma/Oxycutting workstations. Our vast range of metal work equipment and the adaptability of the workshop’s covered areas are ideal for performing almost every type of shaping.

The vacuum forming process, implemented with simple tools, is ideal for three-dimensional shaping. In modern thermoforming machines with a table size of 1000 x 660 mm up to 2000 x 1200 mm, both negative and positive moulds can be used. Furthermore, we can process the components with our 5-axle-milling-machines afterwards.

During re-machining, a cutting tool is used to remove material from a workpiece in order to shape or surface it as required. We offer re-machining (turning, twisting) as wage work. The following machining operations we offer: Turn thin stem, pins and tips Screw punctures, approaches and undercuts Heads of screws / cold shaped parts machining process (turning) further machining operations are possible on request. Our curve-controlled automatic Audrema lathes offer you further possibilities of finishing cold-moulded parts. These automatic lathes are designed to achieve maximum precision and reproducibility at high throughputs. Short loading and unloading times permit economical production of medium-sized and large series.

Woven patches preferred for qualified and more detailed desings and it shows sharper result according to embroidery patches. In use on different products such as School patches, security patches, shirt patches etc... We can cut it with laser machine as requested shape as circle, elips, square or special cut. According to your desire, we can apply non-woven, velcro, self adhesive tape or thermo adhesive tape on the backside of patches. Furthermore overlock is available.
