"What is a Chaga Mushroom? Chaga (Inonotus obliquus Fuscoporia obliqua) is the most common name (Russian: pronounced chah-ga) for a fungus or mushroom in the Hymenochaetaceae family. In the Netherlands, this mushroom is rare and is called Birchweed fungus.
