The rubber buffers are widely-used construction elements for elastic mounting. They are used, among other things, as mountings for aggregates, motors, compressors, pumps and testing machinery.

In our range we have a variety of different rubberised floor plates which can be used for earthmoving machines with a total weight of up to 25 tonnes. The rubberised floor pads (ChainOn) can be mounted directly on the carrier chain. You will also find bolton pads (BoltOn) and clipon pads (ClipOn), which only need to be fixed to the steel floor plates. We also have vulcanised rubber and polyurethane floor pads in our range. Pads for standard applications up to 25 tonnes are also part of the portfolio. In addition, we have rubberised floor plates as well as attachments for all types of asphalt machines from Caterpillar, Vogele, Wirtgen, Dynapac, Marini, Abg, Bitelli and many other brands in our range.

Steel, nitrile rubber. Note: The low non-slip levelling wedge is suitable for loads of up to 2 tonnes. The levelling wedge provides a large support surface with a nubbed structure made of nitrile with a hardness of Shore 80. Using the flat angle of the wedges, the height of the levelling wedge can be adjusted by 0.15 mm per turn of the screw. The vulcanized non-slip layer provides durable insulation from vibrations, noise, and corrosive media.

Note Roller carriage with lifetimelubrication roller bearings and wipers which lubricate the system when moving. By simply moving the centre cam roller, the roller carriage can be adjusted so that it is free of play or has the desired pretension in the rail. High travel speeds up to 7 m/s and extremely quiet (faster and quieter than systems that use recirculating balls). The wipers are fitted with an oilsoaked felt. This felt is in constant contact with the track to ensure perfect lubrication. The felts can be recharged using an oil pump through the lubrication points on the front. Steel housing. Nitrile rubber seal. Preloaded highaccuracy bearings with a 60° thrust angle. The bearings accept both radial and axial forces from both directions. Due to their preload, the angular contact ball bearings provide a high level of stiffness, excellent concentricity, precise tool positioning and repeatability. The integrated lowfriction seal effectively keeps dirt away from the bearing, thereby ensuring excellent operating safety and a long service life. The bearing friction coefficient Mrl is a reference value. The moment of inertia corresponds to that of the rotating inner ring. The limiting speeds are applicable after grease is applied. Technical data All bearings are supplied ready for mounting with lubricating grease type KE2P35 acc. to DIN 51825. Housing and shaft tolerances correspond to roundness tolerance class IT2 and perpendicularity tolerance class IT4.

Structure of germanBelt® steel cord conveyor belts Steel cord reinforcement: The standard steel cords have been hot-dip galvanised and have diameters from 2.6 to 12.8 mm. They are manufactured in 7x7 or 7x19 designs (other designs are possible). Their design allows good rubber saturation and distribution. Skim layers: A special chemical process provides excellent rubber/metal adhesion in the steel cord conveyor belt. The design of the steel cords leads to outstanding adhesion that surpasses any standards. Good rubber saturation and high adhesion on each cord provide germanBelt® steel cord conveyor belts with extraordinarily high longevity. Covers: The covers’ abrasion resistance, tensile strength and elongation value depend on the quality of the chosen combination of covers of the steel cord conveyor belt. Lateral reinforcements: The steel cord conveyor belts’ reinforcements consist of lateral steel cords with very high elasticity, or of textile fabric. The lateral reinforcements are worked into the carcass or the cover.
