Rubber pads - Import export

In our range we have a variety of different rubberised floor plates which can be used for earthmoving machines with a total weight of up to 25 tonnes. The rubberised floor pads (ChainOn) can be mounted directly on the carrier chain. You will also find bolton pads (BoltOn) and clipon pads (ClipOn), which only need to be fixed to the steel floor plates. We also have vulcanised rubber and polyurethane floor pads in our range. Pads for standard applications up to 25 tonnes are also part of the portfolio. In addition, we have rubberised floor plates as well as attachments for all types of asphalt machines from Caterpillar, Vogele, Wirtgen, Dynapac, Marini, Abg, Bitelli and many other brands in our range.

Heavydrive®'s special rubber compound keeps the suction pads soft and flexible at temperatures below zero, just like snow tyres. This way, they can be used at temperatures as low as -20°C.

These one-way respirator masks are designed and appropriate for work in dusty environment. This mask consists of several layers filter material, with adjustable aluminium nose bracket, foam rubber pad over the nose, and exhalation valve. It fits perfectly through additional sealing lip, as well as easy adjustable woven elastic bands. Weight only 30g. Railway expansion joint rail with water-proof and dielectric characteristics suitable to absorb longitudinal movements of the decks from 100 to 450 mm and vertical deformations up to ± 50 mm. This type of joint is designed to prevent the ballast penetration in the gap or in any active part of the joint. The RFI-approved series (built according to instruction 44/e) is for displacements from I 00 to 250 mm.
