We offer highquality rubber tracks with high rubber track strength and resistance. The carcass of the rubber tracks is made up of highstrength chain links, which are given additional fixation by endlessly wound steel cables. In combination with the rubber compound, this results in the high durability of our chains. Thus, we can provide you with firstclass rubber chains that bring with them a number of advantages.

In our range we have a variety of different rubberised floor plates which can be used for earthmoving machines with a total weight of up to 25 tonnes. The rubberised floor pads (ChainOn) can be mounted directly on the carrier chain. You will also find bolton pads (BoltOn) and clipon pads (ClipOn), which only need to be fixed to the steel floor plates. We also have vulcanised rubber and polyurethane floor pads in our range. Pads for standard applications up to 25 tonnes are also part of the portfolio. In addition, we have rubberised floor plates as well as attachments for all types of asphalt machines from Caterpillar, Vogele, Wirtgen, Dynapac, Marini, Abg, Bitelli and many other brands in our range.

Screw ISO 4017, grade 70, bright. Note Clamping element with integrated highly elastic, shaperetaining natural rubber buffer. Together with a chain tensioner set, sprocket set or a tension pulley, the clamping element makes a readytoinstall tensioning unit suitable for tensioning chain and belt drives. Suitable for both tensioning directions. The clamping elements are maintenancefree and tearoff resistant. The clamping element is fastened to the machine component through a bore. If necessary, a heavyduty dowel pin can be inserted in the positioning notch “P” for torque support.
