During re-machining, a cutting tool is used to remove material from a workpiece in order to shape or surface it as required. We offer re-machining (turning, twisting) as wage work. The following machining operations we offer: Turn thin stem, pins and tips Screw punctures, approaches and undercuts Heads of screws / cold shaped parts machining process (turning) further machining operations are possible on request. Our curve-controlled automatic Audrema lathes offer you further possibilities of finishing cold-moulded parts. These automatic lathes are designed to achieve maximum precision and reproducibility at high throughputs. Short loading and unloading times permit economical production of medium-sized and large series.

The Deutsche Stahl MT- 9000 Battery Angle Grinder 2 Batteries is a brushless cordless angle grinder equipped with a powerful brushless motor. This is a time-consuming and costly procedure with chances for complications throughout the process. We’ve innovated the way perforated tube is processed by perforating pre-formed tube in one operation. This saves you time, money and hassle as it eliminates the long process and any production issues that can occur, while providing a visually enhanced product. Our five perforating machines can perforate stainless steel, titanium and aluminium tubes from 38mm to 101.60mm⌀, in lengths up to 750mm long. The specialist tool design allows tube perforation in various patterns that can be tailored to produce bespoke and unique patterns and shapes.
