Cocoa liquor (also known as Cocoa mass) is the basic ingredient in manufacture of all chocolate. It is the first product in liquid form which comes from pressing of the cocoa nibs. Cocoa liquor is the source of both Cocoa butter and Cocoa powder. After fermentation, cocoa beans goes under high heating process, by means of a Micronizer, which causes the shell to be separated from the nib. Thereafter the cocoa beans are broken and a winnowing machine is used to remove the shell thus collecting only the cocoa nibs. After roasting, the nibs are ground and processed into cocoa liquor.

Cup 6 is a detergent with high cleaning and sanitizing effects. Effectively removes hardly soluble contaminations, including remnants of coffee, oils, waxes, tannins.

Tablets. A very effective detergent for all types of coffee machines. Removes coffee bloom, oils, particles of coffee beans, smell. -outcoming coffee becomes tastier and aromatic -the coffee machine will work well, will not get out of order -no foreign smell in coffee

Liquid detergent for cleaning of lactic contaminations in classic and automatic coffee machines. Effectively removes lactic bloom, scale, and lactic stone. Effectively eliminates bacteria that develop from the remnants of milk on the inner surface of the equipment. Also, the detergent cleans steel and metal parts of equipment.
