EP/AW hydraulic oils (HVLP) based on mineral oil with a high viscosity index Description The oils in the Castrol Hyspin AWH-M series are hydraulic oils with a high viscosity index (VI) and are characterized by a significantly lower temperature dependence of the viscosity compared to other hydraulic oils . They are based on solvent raffinates and contain shear-stable VI improvers, oxidation and corrosion inhibitors, as well as zinc-containing wear protection additives. Application Due to the good viscosity-temperature behavior, the Castrol Hyspin AWH-M series is used particularly in outdoor hydraulic units that are exposed to greatly fluctuating operating temperatures.
