Glass processing - Import export

According individual specifications glass is cutted from large size glass sheets.

Glass lamination is a combination of two or more glass sheets with one or more interlayers of plastic foils (PVB).

Holes or cutouts in the glass can be made using the diamond drills from both sides of the glass sheet.

Performing two operations for the glass sheet: tempering and bending.

Manual mirror silvering of flat, hollow, curved, cast, and glass objects. For interiors. We offer finished products and work on commission. Can be combined with other work such as decoration and sandblasting.

Dimensions range - Minimal - 270 x 50, Maximal - 6000 x 2600, Thickness range - 3** – 19, Notes - Painting is made of lead-free, ceramic paints. * Painting is carried out by applying a layer of paint on a shaft over the entire surface of the glass. Glass painted this method has to be tempered. ** 3mm glass is only subjected to the paint curing process. Glass for the indicated thickness is not tempered glass.

Chemical strengthening, via ion exchange, is commonly used to reinforce ultrathin glass for hightech applications. This process tremendously improves the mechanical strength and the scratch resistance of the glass and then offers new possibilities for applications such as curved displays e.d for automotive, interior building, or other device applications.
