acuraPromelt is an absolute rated depth filter cartridge for high efficiency particulate removal from liquids. This cartridge offers exceptional performance, long service life and low pressure drop. Manufactured from 100% Polypropylene, acuraPromelt is completely free from glue and binders. acuraPure Nylon Filter cartridge for applications where PP is not suitable. acuraPEpro filter cartridges are manufactured from 100% Polyester and exhibit high temperature (up to 120°C) and chemical resistance. These cartridges provide outstanding performance in sidestream LTHW & MTHW circuits by removing scale, rust and sediment from hot water. All acuraPEpro filter cartridge come with an internal support core for additional strength in high temperature applications. FINEPleat GFP filter cartridges feature absolute rated glass fibre media with polyester support and drainage layers. Polyester construction provides thermal resistance up to 120°C and chemical resistance in fuel and chemical application

acuraBag Filter Bags offer a cost effective solution for high flow rate filtration. Self-aligning design of moulded collar provides hermetic sealing inside the basket. Collars are manufactured from the same material as the bag to provide excellent chemical compatibility. Available in a range of micron ratings and industry standard sizes, all acuraBag filter bags are Silicone free, come with integrated handles for easy removal and supplied individually wrapped to avoid contamination. Polyester felt material is ideal for high temperature applications.

ACBB-P Big Blue Filter Housings combine durability with performance and economy. Big Blue filter Housings are available in 10″ & 20″ length and come with the option of 1″ or 1.5″ connection size. Polypropylene construction 10″ or 20″ Big Blue Cartridges Threaded closure 1″ or 1 1/2″ BSPF connections 5.8 bar 38°C PED compliant

Sidestream filters remove sediment, biological growth, rust and corrosion products from recirculating closed loop CHW, LTHW and MTHW water circuits in the HVAC industry. These filters protect pipework, valves, pumps and components by removing suspended impurities and complement water treatment program. BSRIA Publication BG29/2021 recommends that a sidestream filter is installed “to protect and prolong system life expectancy.” Sidestream filters provide an economical solution for filtration in the recirculating water systems by filtering the complete system volume once or twice in 24 hours. Sidestream filters can be supplied fully assembled with pumps on a skid, ready for filtration. These can also be combined with our magnetic assemblies for rust removal from heavily corroded hot water systems.

Siga Filtration self-cleaning filters provide continuous filtration of low and medium viscosity liquids and have very low maintenance requirements. The KSF Series self-cleaning filters do not require backflushing which results in less fluid waste, zero interruption, and fewer maintenance parts. Applications include filtration of low to medium viscosity liquids in water, wastewater, inks, paint, varnishes, oils, and food products.

ClearPore depth filters are a range of high efficiency melt blown depth filters available in a range of materials to ensure particulate removal from liquids when there is a wide side range of particulate contamination. ClearPore filters are manufactured from either 100% polypropylene or nylon fibers to create graded density and high contamination holding capacity. The range are available in a range of absolute or nominal removal ratings. Products are manufactured from FDA approved materials and conform to all required EU guidance of food safety. ClearPore depth filters are used in a range of industrial and F&B applications, such as bulk chemicals, industrial water treatment, cooling water, plating, parts cleaning, drinking water treatment, desalination and food & beverage applications requiring haze or colloidal removal

Widely used and favoured for drinking water treatment and beverage production where chloramines are not present; the SCB is formulated from low ash content, microporous coconut carbon that targets VOCs and THMs. Acid wash during the production process and low fine content give excellent rinse-up times as well as regulating pH and taste. The CleanPore Carbon also gives improved flowrate and lower pressure drop than the PCB, reducing the size of the housing required, making it a firm favourite for drinking water, pre-RO and applications where end product consumption is a consideration. Porefilter CleanPore bag filter range offers a wide range of replacement bag and mesh filters for initial conditioning and clarification of liquids and solutions in industrial and food & beverage applications, offering a high solids removal capability. CleanPore bags are offered in a wide range of materials, micron ratings (extended life and high efficiency options available), lengths and collars or rings allowing Porefilter to offer a cost-effective alternative bag to any existing application. In combination with PVBI industrial or PVBH hygienic bag filter housings offer simplex or duplex industrial filtration systems for new installation or plant expansions. All CleanPore bag filter are Silicone free. Forged parts made of steel, stainless steel and aluminum including mechanical processing. Pressed brass blanks including mechanical processing, also on rotary transfer machines. Sintered parts made of sintered bronze, sintered porous brass and stainless steel. Filter elements for air, liquids and fuel made of sintered ball material or mesh.

Stainless Steel (St. St.) filters retain their strength as liquid temperatures increase which makes them suitable for elevated temperature liquid filtration, where polymetric (polypropylene, nylon, polyester or glass fibre) cartridges are not viable. Staineless Steel filter cartridges have: - A broad range of chemical compatibility - Mechanically strong which makes them ideal for high viscosity applications - Are cleanable either by ultrasonics or chemical cleaning - Reusable through many elevated temperature cycles Stainless Steel filters also play a key role in the filtration of steam due to their thermal strength protecting process equipment and pipework from damage by contaminants entrained in the steam.
