These films are suitable for vacuum and modified atmosphere (MAP) packaging and have excellent heat-sealing properties, thus guaranteeing a high-quality packaging that preserves the shape, color and freshness of the product. The film can be transparent, colored, laminated or printed.

In barrier film production we focus on creating basic films for thermoforming, having solid knowledge and experience in the field. This is how we present our films with special mechanical properties, which become transparent at the time of thermoforming. All these resistance and tensile properties are tested and monitored in our laboratories. Films can be used with a wide range of packaging equipment.

Our Thermoforming systems are comprised of tray forming, automatic weighing - dosing of liquid/granule / powder filling, product vibration, film sealing, cutting and labeling sections within a single processing and packaging line. Product collection and sorting are also combined to the system. perFORMA300 series are able to work with all kinds of the top and bottom webs. Depending on the requested packaging structure, perFORMA300 series are capable of both MAP and Vacuum packaging applications. Double- acting form or homogeneous piston form units can be fitted to the production line.

VCI PE flat films for wrapping and lining containers, as an intermediate layer or bottom film protect the packaged products from rust.

Cling film is a soft, transparent, flexible and at the same time stretchy packaging material. Used for packaging meat, fruits, cheeses, bread, flour, and confectionery products. It has excellent breathability, is resistant to fats and extends the shelf life of fresh goods. Due to the elastic effect, the stretch film tightly fits the product, fixing it on a solid tray or substrate.
