Because we use our own extrusion lines we are in a position to produce polystyrene sheets in a maximum width of 1200 mm and theoretically in an infinite length in high-gloss decorative finishes, timber designs or metal decors. The thickness of the sheets can be selected within the range 0.8 mm - 4.0 mm in 0.1 mm increments. All the decorative sheets are film-protected and can be corona-treated on the reverse. The corona coating serves as a bonding agent to facilitate pressure-bonding of the decorative sheets.

Structure-Line offers the perfect synthetic sheets for seamless edge finishing of furniture components. The smooth reverse face means that the sheets can be bonded onto derived timber products completely free of cavities. The edges can be finished via bevelling or ABS application. All the sheets of the Structure-Line can be obtained in a width of 1550mm and in an infinite length.

Similar with the 3 layer panel, the 5 layer reclaimed plywood is also manufactured from barn wood but in double thickness. The 5 layer reclaimed plywood has 2 external sides in old wood, therefore is very easy to create any custom furnitures with this product.
