Bitumer Elaston 2K is a two-component, liquid and flexible fiber-reinforced asphalt-rubber membrane. The high dry matter content mass allows the creation of a durable protective coating that effectively protecting building structures from moisture contained in the soil. Elaston 2K is a product that forms a flexible corrosion barrier with strong adhesion to the surface to which it is applied. Bitumer Elaston 2K can be used: •to isolate water leaks in covered areas wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, etc, •in external insulation of ground walls, basements and underground warehouses, etc, •along with reinforcement such as fiber mesh, non-woven polyester, etc. in cracked surfaces, •in insulation applications where strength is required-resistance to high water pressure, •on all horizontal and vertical surfaces.

They can also be used as part of overlay systems to existing asphalt or bituminous waterproofing. The product is not recommended for use as single ply waterproofing

PRODUCT INFORMATION RAYA - G COLD APPLICATION BITUMEN BASED EMULSION ADHESIVE / INSULATION LIQUID MEMBRANE DESCRIPTION OF THE MATERIAL RAYA-G 70/100 is an emulsion material that is prepared with bitumen and cut at medium speed. It contains bitumen in the range of 50-65%. Our cold-applied product is anionic, produced by emulsifying bitumen with water. It does not contain flammable and toxic solvents. APPLICATIONS It is used on a sliding basis between A-30º-80º degrees and applied on the surface at values ​​of 0.5 kg / m²-1 kg / m². RAYA-G can be used as a primer or insulation material in constructions. Bentoshield MAX LM is manufactured by a needle-punching process, in which the fibres of the lower non-woven geotextile are pushed through the bentonite layer and secured in the retaining upper woven layer. This process links the geotextiles and contains and confines the bentonite. Following the needle-punching process, an LDPE sheet is laminated to the needle-punched geotextile through a hot-melt glue application line. Bentoshield MAX LM is satisfactory for use as a fully-bonded Type A waterproofing protection as defined in BS 8102 : 2009 for the waterproofing of new and existing structures. The product can be used externally on horizontal floor slabs and vertical walls to provide an effective barrier to the transmission of liquid water where Grades 1 to 3 waterproofing protection are required, as defined in Table 2 of BS 8102 : 2009.

IZOTEX MEGA 300 Concrete Shear Wall Waterproofing Membrane is applied on concrete shear walls vertically and horizontally with IZOTEX T-85 ADHESIVE.

Joints should be bonded considering the direction of water flow and there should be 5 cm overlaps at joints 5. The surface is covered with coating materials

EN: PRODUCT INFORMATION RAXA - G COLD APPLICATION BITUMEN BASED ADHESIVE / INSULATION LIQUID MEMBRANE DESCRIPTION OF THE MATERIAL RAXA-G is a material that is prepared with bitumen at 70/100 penetration and provides bonding and waterproofing with a cold application that is cut at slow speed. The bitumen ratio in it contains bitumen in the range of 80-90%. It is prepared by mixing with Xylene or Toluene. It is used frequently due to its ease of cold application. Thanks to its slow cutting, it provides comfort time in bonding processes. It contains an additive material, also called rubber, which provides flexibility and adhesion in the elastomeric structure. APPLICATIONS A-RAXA-G is used as a raw material in various product markets. Raxa-G 600 gr / m2 application provides more coverage with less product. It can be used on the floors of jet runways as paint primer material, as an insulation material against moisture or pressurized and non-pressure water.

Waterstops are used to seal construction and expansion joints in water retaining structures such as tunnels,dams,spillways,canals, swimming pools, basements,underground car parkings,subways rataining walls. PVC-P - RUBBER- PE-TPV Waterstops to seal construction and expansion joints in concrete structures. Waterstop is available in different sizes and types,depending on their use. All PVC-PE-TPV and fuel resistant waterstops are available to W and M series.

Rotafix Aquachem is a solvent-free coating used a membrane for tanking, waterproofing, gas barrier and as a high-performance floor coating. Rotafix Aquachem is a 2-part liquid epoxy that can be applied as a floor finish. Combining aggregates with the top coat creates a skid resistant surface. Adding flakes to the top coat will give a decorative finish. It has been used extensively in food preparation areas and medical environments as it is easy to clean, resistant to chemical cleaners and resistant to the formation of mould. Rotafix Aquachem can be used as a liquid applied damp proof membrane. The liquid membrane can be applied to prevent moisture ingress both positively and negatively. So if it is applied to the outside of a wall, water will not penetrate, equally if is applied internally then moisture penetrating the substrate will equally not penetrate. The average bond strength of Aquachem is 4N/mm2 , it would require a head of water of 600m to force the Aquachem to break away.

Maintain and protect sheet steel and asbestos cement roofs for in excess of 10 years with EABASSOC RBC Aluminium. This reinforced bitumen coating is easy to apply by brush, airless spray or squeegee. It is UV resistant, has excellent adhesion and will not flow off.

Spraytec forms a seemless, highly elastic waterproof coating. It is best suited for application onto large surface areas, where it can be applied rapidly. Made from bitumen emulsion it is water based, rapid curing and can be applied on uneven surfaces with minimal surface preparation. Spraytec is UV and puncture resistant, self-healing and environmentally friendly. It is suitable for application onto roofs, walls, floors and in underground construction.

ROOFplus T-O Cap Sheet SBS is a polyester reinforced, slate covered torch-on cap sheet, saturated and coated with high quality SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) modified bitumen. The membrane carrier is a tough polyester reinforcement, giving the material excellent dimensional stability and very high mechanical strength. The upper layer is coated with slate, protecting the material from ultraviolet exposure and the lower layer is finished with thermofusible film for fast and consistent torch-on application.
