ADLER water-based varnishes and paints may be referred to as milestones in this respect. It is taken for granted by ADLER today that all types of paints have excellent resistance to creams and grease. Even transparency and good grain accentuation come very close in appearance to that provided by customary solvent-based coatings. However, in doing so, it should not be overlooked that the modern water-based coating systems are superior to the solvent-based ones in several aspects, e.g. filling power, recycling capability and elasticity. Nonetheless, the most important is that ADLER water-based paints protect your furniture in an eco-friendly manner, and yet, reliably. In this way, we make considerable contribution to the maintenance of our living environment.

Our BB/BB grade 18mm plinth panels are a standard size, 145mm high, and will fit most standard kitchen base units. Supplied with a removable plastic plinth sealing strip to protect against moisture ingress from spillages, overly wet floor mopping and the subsequent swelling and degradation, overtime, these conditions may induce. As with each of our standard plywood kitchen cabinets, and accessories, we offer an optional, hard wearing, water based Polyurethane Varnish (oil based PU upon request) to enhance and protect your Plywood kitchen plinths against discoloration, dirt and moisture. Our in-house CNC capabilities allow us to cut bespoke plinth panels with ventilation grooves for fridges and freezers or angled cut-outs for dishwashers.

The second most requested product, within our range, is our Walnut veneer MDF. It’s deep rich colour, once varnished, really stands out and is perfect for a range of DIY projects and high end, bespoke furniture projects. As with each of the products listed, we can offer cut to size or cut to shape to your exact requirements. Talking of varnishing, we can also offer a full, professional finishing service to your panels or fully assembled project. Our carefully selected products include Osmo Hard Wax Oil and a choice of water based and oil based Polyurethane varnishes.

Transparent wood preservative, effective against micro organisms, bacteria fungi and algue. It is proposed for the long-time protection of every type of wood. It does not create a film, thus, it does not crack, shell or create a scale.

Eurolac is an excellent decorative and protective wood varnish for interior and exterior use. It is suitable for doors, windows, frames, and any wooden surface. It has excellent working and leveling properties. It makes an elastic and touch finish that protects and offers a beautiful appearance.
