In our range we have a variety of different rubberised floor plates which can be used for earthmoving machines with a total weight of up to 25 tonnes. The rubberised floor pads (ChainOn) can be mounted directly on the carrier chain. You will also find bolton pads (BoltOn) and clipon pads (ClipOn), which only need to be fixed to the steel floor plates. We also have vulcanised rubber and polyurethane floor pads in our range. Pads for standard applications up to 25 tonnes are also part of the portfolio. In addition, we have rubberised floor plates as well as attachments for all types of asphalt machines from Caterpillar, Vogele, Wirtgen, Dynapac, Marini, Abg, Bitelli and many other brands in our range.

We offer high-quality design wheels for sports and children's wheelchairs and other rehabilitation devices for the best driving comfort, combined with an attractive design. In our range you will find modern steering wheels with light aluminum rims or ultra-light carbon rims as well as vulcanised solid rubber tires or shiny polyurethane tyres. We also have skate wheels in various sizes and designs, with integrated LEDs if required. Thermoplastic Vulcanisate or TPV compounds are high performance materials designed for demanding and dynamic applications. They are composed of a highly vulcanised rubber phase dispersed throughout a thermoplastic matrix and combine the processing ease, efficiency and recyclability of a thermoplastic with the improved flexibility, low compression set and resistance to aggressive fluids of a vulcanised rubber. Due to their efficient processing, high performance and recyclability, Dryflex TPE compounds have proved themselves as a quality replacement for vulcanised rubber in window and door sealing applications. Colour and co-extrusion have further enhanced the design possibilities. We develop custom formulated materials which deal with the design, performance and environmental needs of the future. Dryflex TPEs are totally recyclable and can be reprocessed and regenerated to produce functional gasket products. We have developed trade standard grades, including compounds developed to meet the requirements of BS 7412:2002 Class A or B standard and are suitable for ‘static’ (Class A) or ‘dynamic’ (Class B) applications. DLR specialises in providing uncured sheeting in various forms to be fabricated and cured by the client. Most rubber sheeting is supplied in a cured or vulcanised form, making our rubber sheeting versatile and adaptable. Application-specific materials are chosen, calendared and supplied on a roll for subsequent fabrication by the client. In both cases, cured and uncured, woven textile may be inserted to produce the desired properties for parts such as diaphragms, stamped gaskets and conveyor belts, to name a few applications.
