The sterile sampling bag SteriBag Blue is especially well suited for use in the food, animal feed and pharmaceutical industries. To prevent the danger of foreign matter in production, the sample bags and the tear-off closure are coloured blue. This shade of blue does not occur in a natural form in foodstuffs. The spoon for foodstuffs is available in two sizes, 2.5 ml (similar to a teaspoon) and 10 ml (similar to a tablespoon), and is ideal for sampling powders, granulates, pastes and fluids. Ideal for tightening verification assembly processes. Pokayoke (error-proofing) marking torque wrench. Lets you make direct visual checks for bolt tightening errors. When the adjusted torque value is reached and the wrench clicks, the bolt head is marked. So tightening and marking is done in a single operation. Marking is not done until set torque is achieved. Marking stays on by use of quick dry ink. Ink cartridges can easily be installed in the special socket wrench. One cartridge filling is sufficient for appr 3000-5000 stamping processes. Height of the stamp is adjustable (±5 mm). Setting torque can be operated by an attached hex key to avoid torque change by human mistake. The set torque is visible via a small scale window in the handle. The torque adjustment hex key is a standard accessory. Magtrol’s TS In-LineTorque Sensors provide extremely accurate torque and speed measurement. Each model has an integrated conditioning electronic module providing 0VDC to ±5VDC (±10VDC) torque output through an 8-pole connector, as well as a USB interface which can be directly connected to a computer. The sensor is delivered with software allowing easy connection and data acquisition. A speed encoder provides a minimum of 360PPR (Pulse Per Revolution) in Tach A, Tach B and Index reference Z (1PPR). Magtrol Torque Sensors are very reliable, providing high overload protection, excellent long-term stability and high noise immunity. TSSeries sensor models are strain gauge-based measuring systems with imbedded telemetry signal transmission. Three LED lights allow a visual check of the sensor status by color code. The sensor is powered by 24VDC (12-32VDC) through its connector. TARE & B.I.T.E. (Built-In Test Equipment) can be activated by either software or input from the 8-pole connector.
