Chain clamps are used mainly in machine and plant construction. Chain clamps enable cylindrical, complicated and large to very large workpieces to be clamped securely and effectively in the quickest and easiest way. Suitable for cylindrical workpieces, valve bodies, pistons etc. The workpiece surface can be protected by attaching the plastic elements. Application: The knurled nut on the clamping bracket can be used to preset the chain length and the clamping force. The required torque is set on the clamping hook. Each float valve is usually opened and closed mechanically by a float body according to the filling level in a container. We supply various float bodies for our valve series, which allow many application configurations depending on the design and size. Copper float with soldered-on suspension bearing and fixing screw suitable for use above 70° C.

The GEMÜ SUMONDO® single-use diaphragm valve consists of a diaphragm valve body and a manual or pneumatic operator. The single-use diaphragm valve body has an internally welded diaphragm. The single-use diaphragm valve body is fastened to the operator using a clamp. The valve body and the operator are locked using a defined closing and opening procedure. After use, the single-use diaphragm valve body and its diaphragm can be removed from the operator and disposed of. The GEMÜ 601, GEMÜ 612 and GEMÜ 673 2/2-way diaphragm valves have a temperature resistant plastic handwheel and are manually operated. The GEMÜ 602 valve has a stainless steel handwheel and is manually operated. Bonnet and internals are made all of stainless steel. The GEMÜ 530 2/2-way globe valve has a rugged low maintenance stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life.
