The GEMÜ 651 2/2-way diaphragm valve has a stainless steel piston actuator and is pneumatically operated. The valve is designed for use in a sterile environment. The valve has a fully integrated automation module and an internal air supply. Normally closed (NC) and Normally open (NO) control functions are available. Two-way solenoid valve is a common type of solenoid valve used in so many applications. Fluids can be safely controlled and put to optimal use with the help of valves. Many industrial applications require the use of such valves to be automated. In order to automate and conveniently utilize the full potential of fluids, solenoid valves are essential. A general-purpose 2-way Solenoid valve is used where the application should be able to start and stop the flow as and when needed. These valves have two ports that each connect to either the inlet or the outlet and use an internal plunger to open or close an orifice to control the fluid flowing through those valves. It can be configured as "Normally Open" or "Normally Closed". A Normally open two-way solenoid valve allows the media to pass through its port when the coil is de-energized and a Normally Closed valve allows the media to pass through its port when the coil is energized.

Airless bottles are used for packing (storing) semi firm cosmetic products. Their advantage is that they are made entirely of plastic components, i.e. they have no metal parts. Their mechanism has an automated self gasketing valve that stops the air and prevents contamination and oxidation of the product. Dosage of the product is possible in any position and the percentage of the product´s usage is more than 98%. The conditions and the method of production of plastic containers and closures are in accordance with the following standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001. With the containers we deliver producer´s certificate that is accompanied by technical documentation and documentation which states that the final products are safe for health.

Throttle valve type FINJA Use: The FINJA flange valve was designed for use in PN and ANSI applications. Machine Base Heavily ribbed cast iron structure with integrated slideway for wheelhead. The machine base houses an industrial type flood pump for delivering coolant to the grinding site and a baffled coolant tank which can be drawn out for ease of cleaning. Workhead and Steady Rest Both the workhead and the steady rest are adjustable along the swivel plate to clamp each valve on that part of the valve stem which normally travels in the valve guide. The combination of collet chucking and the unique Hunger steadying provides double support of long valves to ensure the ultimate in valve refacing accuracy. Automated Oscillation An oscillating equipment for automated power traverse of valve face across the grinding wheel is available as an option to ensure efficient stock removal and superior finish. The stroke of oscillation is infinitely adjustable.
