Stainless Band work with high technology industries. Our slitting and shearing services are available at 0.10mm - 3mm thickness and from 2.50mm wide. We can cut to length from 100mm long to 4000mm long. We provide a comprehensive temper rolling and edge dressing service including deburring round edge and straightening. We have in-house bobbin winding facilities on plastic bobbins or large wooden spools and can apply protective coatings to product if required. As will all Stainless Band products in-house testing takes place and material test certificates are supplied with every delivery. You are in safe hands with Stainless Band.

We are capable of producing a variety of blades for food processing and slaughtering machines. Offering blades in the best quality stainless steel, we are able to meet stringent requirements put in place by our customers to ensure our blades are food-safe. We recognise a lot of OEM reference codes, but we are also able to reverse engineer our blades from samples, or from your own technical drawing. Applications for these type of blades could include fish slicing, breaking meat, cutting meat, slaughtering animals, trimming meat, skinning fish, slicing meat and processing poultry all the way through the production line.

Compatible with OEM’s like Maja, Weber and Townsend, M.R. Machine Knives Ltd. is experienced in supplying the rubber/silicone wheels to fit inside the derinding and skinning machines.
