Retile® allows showrooms to install or change tile displays quickly and easily whilst reducing downtime and overheads. The Retile® system uses a combination of easily-applied, wall-mounted, ferrous panels and tile-mounted magnetic panels which work in concert to magnetically hold the tiles in place. Once the tiles are magnetically mounted, grout is applied to complete the tiled area without the need for adhesives. Retile® is suitable for all tile sizes and reduces the time, effort and cost associated with installing, changing or removing tiles.

Designed and manufactured in Sheffield, warmroom® is our patented magnetic heat saver, which reduces heat loss, carbon emissions and heating costs. Tests conducted by Sheffield University have shown warmroom® can reduce the heat lost through walls by up to 60% whilst simultaneously lowering carbon emissions by 19kg/m² per year. warmroom® consists of an aluminium heat shield bonded to a high performing flexible magnetic sheet which allows it to adhere to the rear of steel radiators. The low emissivity of the aluminium inhibits the transfer of heat, preventing it from reaching the wall, and the magnetic element means radiators do not need to be removed, facilitating quick and easy installation by tenants and residents, resulting in no installation costs, unlike other heat saving products, making it a cost-effective alternative or companion to other forms of insulation.

We produce and stock, as standard, an extensive range of magnetic profiles in numerous shapes and dimensions. We also extrude custom profiles to meet specific requirements. Thanks to our experience and manufacturing capabilities we can extrude a profile of any shape, and if required, adjust the composition of the magnetic material to create different pull strengths for specific applications.

Our materials, capabilities and experience make us ideally placed to produce promotional magnet campaigns ranging from volumes as low as 500 pieces, up to high volume runs of 5 million pieces. We are able to facilitate the entire process following receipt of your artwork or free issue printed media, and can deliver the finished promotional magnets in sheet form, die cut, or kiss cut as per your requirement. As we do not advocate the use of low-grade magnetic sheet for creating promotional magnets, your campaign will be produced through one of three methods below, depending on the desired volume and finish.

TenPin Magnets Tenpin shaped and containing a neodymium magnet to hold numerous sheets of paper or mark targets. The shape of the casing makes placing or moving the magnets very easy despite their high hold strength, and also allows string to be attached between them to identify trends or patterns. Drawing Pin Magnets Small and incredibly strong thanks to the encased neodymium magnet, ideal for holding multiple sheets of paper to a receptive surface. Marker Magnets The classic round office magnet contains a ferrite magnet, although not as powerful as the Tenpin or Drawing Pin magnet they provide a good level of hold strength. Easily positioned, or moved around a receptive board making them ideal for offices, homes, schools or sports coaching boards.

magedge® Our patented product magedge® is the world's first co-extruded flexible magnet, and contains rare earth magnetic material combined with a coloured binder, providing excellent hold strength and easy pole identification. Thanks to its thin and flexible nature, magedge® can be rolled after application, allowing display panels to be quickly installed after transportation or storage. No other magnetic product gives such a clean, powerful and aesthetically pleasing solution for seamlessly joining large displays. bannermag® We also manufacture another co-extruded flexible magnetic product called bannermag®, which was developed using ferrite magnetic material, making it ideal for joining large format displays when the magnetic pull force is not the primary concern. bannermag® performs the same function as magedge® and is also flexible enough to be rolled after application.

Steel Discs Adhesive-backed steel discs that allow a receptive surface for magnets to be created anywhere. Commonly used in conjunction with magnetic hooks to position signage or store items such as keys. Steel discs can also be used with magnetic markers to hold notices or memos. Standard sizes 19mm & 25mm diameter, for sufficient volumes we can offer bespoke sizes. Boutique Coat Hooks Magnetic coat hooks for hanging garments from a ferrous surface, ideal for use in lockers or industrial environments. The rubber-encased neodymium magnet base provides excellent shear resistance, holding the hook in place indefinitely.

We supply a large range of different types of magnetic hooks, suited to various situations and requirements, including rare earth neodymium hooks that are small yet powerful, and especially suited to use in retail. Our magnetic hooks are quick to install, reposition or remove. Magnetic hooks are an adaptable choice and allow for the displayed material to be changed quickly with a minimum of effort. The type of magnetic hook used will usually be determined by the size of surface area on which the hook will be mounted, and how visible the hook will be, once in place. In addition, some of our magnetic hooks can be used in conjunction with an adhesive-backed steel disc, creating a receptive surface on which the hook can be positioned.

Our magnetic graphic holders were created to provide retailers with the benefits of magnetically holding promotional media or signage in places where magnets could not usually be used. Both mediamag® and clipmag® contain flexible magnetic strips that securely grip the media in place, and allow the graphics or signage to be replaced in seconds. Providing retailers with a versatile and cost-effective way of communicating with customers that can be updated or changed as often as required.

Sign grippers are designed specifically for sign makers to assist with mounting and applying graphics, vinyl wraps and decals. We manufacture our sign grippers from rare earth neodymium magnets and soft rubber to prevent marking to the surface on which the magnet is mounted or the graphic or vinyl being applied. By combining neodymium magnets with a rubber housing, the sign grippers exhibit both a strong pull force and shear resistance, so, once applied, they will not move until you remove them yourself.

Our pot magnets are created by encasing a rare earth neodymium magnet in steel, which concentrates the magnetic contact grip of the finished product. We manufacture the pot magnets with either a plain finish, countersunk or a choice of fixing studs dependent on the intended application. Due to their high magnetic contact grip, pot magnets are particularly suited to applications where the holding force is paramount such as retail or external signage.

We have designed our boutique magnets® to provide superb shear resistance by encasing multiple rare earth neodymium magnets in rubber. This allows the magnets to resist shear forces that would cause other types of magnet to slide along the surface on which they are mounted, and also prevents any marking of the surface. The high pull strength of the enclosed neodymium magnets coupled with the shear resistance makes boutique magnets® an ideal choice for securing signage and retail POS material and displays. Our rubber-coated boutique magnets® are available in a range of diameters with different fixings or apertures to suit a wide array of use in a variety of situations.

Neodymium Magnetic Pads Steel plates backed with rubber-enclosed rare earth neodymium magnets that provide excellent holding and shear strength. Originally developed for retail applications, our neopads are now used across numerous industries where high performance is paramount. Ferrite Magnetic Pads Steel plates backed with resin-encased ferrite magnets that offer high holding and shear strength. With wide ranging applications, magpads provide effective holding and hanging solutions wherever a smooth ferrous surface is found.

Neodymium magnets are powerful yet discreet magnets, providing a far greater magnetic hold than other magnets at a fraction of the size. This makes neos a versatile option and particularly suited to applications where an unobtrusive solution is required or where space is at a premium. Our range of rare earth neodymium magnets is made up of an array of shapes and sizes to facilitate multiple uses, including but not limited to holding and hanging functions and closure applications. All our neodymium magnets are finished with a triple coating of nickel-copper-nickel to prevent corrosion and provide optimum performance up to 60°C. Our standard stock neodymium magnets are graded at N35, this is the most cost effective rating for use in retail displays, POS, exhibitions and closures. We can also supply higher rated magnets for specialist applications, including magnets for use in high temperature environments.

Designed and manufactured in Sheffield, Attract® is a multi-function single or double-sided magnetic display system which can be free-standing, suspended, or wall-mounted. The versatile nature of an Attract® magnetic display provides retailers with the choice of installing displays on walls, floors, counters, at till points, within windows and from ceilings. Attract® contains an internal magnetic surface, single or double-sided, housed within an elegant, sleek frame. The magnetic display surface works in conjunction with printed digifilm® ferrous media, which is overlaid onto the magnetic surface. Due to the strength of the internal magnetic surface, multiple layers of printed digifilm® ferrous media can be added, allowing the magnetic display to be quickly and easily changed and promotional messaging to be added instantly. All our Attract® products can work with drywipe and chalkboard flexible magnetic sheet.

Flexible in nature and application, supamag® magnetic tape is used across many industries for mounting material or items directly to steel or other ferrous surfaces. Where a ferrous surface is not present, supamag® magnetic tape can be used in conjunction with our adhesive-backed steel tape to provide a surface to which the magnetic tape will grip. Typical applications include magnetically mounting printed media or signage that can be changed quickly and easily. We can bond a range of adhesives to the non-magnetic face of the tape to suit the intended application. For more information please visit the adhesives page. All of our supamag® magnetic tape is UV coated on the magnetic face as standard, preventing the tape from marking the media or product to which it is applied as well as the individual handling the tape. This is especially useful to the print industry where it reduces the need to reprint due to printed media becoming marked and unusable.

The flexible nature of supamag® transfers to its applications, and thanks to this versatility, supamag® can be used to produce large format magnetic graphics displays, signage, promotional material or to work in conjunction with digifilm® to create rapid change, layerable retail graphics or supaferro® for changeable displays. supamag® magnetic sheet is manufactured using the highest performing ferrite material mixed with a thermoplastic binder and magnetised on one side for the maximum magnetic performance. Suitable for both roll-to-roll and flat bed printing processes with a choice of white matt, gloss vinyl or PET finish. Adhesive-backed variants are available for bonding directly to various surfaces.
